Had to drive hour and a 1/2 just to get no results to a boost store. One of them coming out with nothing.Try to switch my plan over to a $25 monthly plan. They said I could do it when before I got there when I got there. They said I couldn't do it because I wasn't eligible. And they tried to bribe me to stay on with my $80. My plan with a $100 credit to trap me and for monthly $80 payments. I told no. Wait, almost 25 minutes for her to help me. It was only 2 people in the store. Me and another gentleman. She took almost 25 minutes to help. 1 person did not know what she was doing. She didn't have knowledge about any cell phones. I don't even know if she knew how to turn on The Cell phone. Where do they get these people. I am thinking about getting rid of boots for good.

The store is quite useless. When I switched my service back to boost they made me do all the calls to customer service to switch my number. So why did I even come in, then later when I needed to have a line removed. They can’t help me with that either. They can let me call customer service using their phone. So again what’s the point of coming in?? Alright so let’s say you come in to pay your bill in person well that’s gonna cost you more for coming in the store. Boost mobile has become a joke. The store is basically just for selling phones to new customers. I also need a new phone but they can’t give me any deals. But if I was a brand new customer they have a selection of phone to choose from. Again overall boost mobile has become a joke. And that’s all locations not just this one. But I come to this one. And it’s always young rude young women that work here every time. It’s almost part of their hiring criteria that they have no customer service skills at all.

Horrible!!! I been with boost for 3+ years on a family plan with my number the main!!!, so I broke my phone over the weekend and need a new one so I went to boost. Boost told me I couldn't buy and phone out right or upgrade due to it supposedly pre terminated, which I never did and when yhey caller customer service said it was fine. Boost would not sell me a phone said I need to wait until my cycle was up, which would been over 20+ days. I went to Walmart and got a phone and activated it on my own no issue will be switching my service very soon, too much stress to deal with and boost was very unhelpful

I was a bit apprehensive about coming into the store after reading the comments posted on here. However, the customer service that I received from the kind woman that was working before close on 03/14/23 was everything but what I read in the Google reviews. She was calm, kind, and patient. Although my issue wasn't able to be resolved, she did put her best effort in trying to help me. I signed up online and from what I learned, it is sometimes better to just visit the store and switch over in person.Thank you so much for the assistance and pleasant service I received! Sorry I didn't ask your name!

Worst experience ever. Rudest female I ever met. Blamed me for issues she wasn't able to assist with. Threatened to call police and have me arrested. Gave out personal information about not using their real names and that she had a stalker. Who says this??? Brick and mortar stores are there to over charge and convince you to purchase items you don't need. Over charged my husband's account for new SIM card he received and charged him for a new service that she mentioned that boost mobile was going to switch everyone over to at the end of the month anyway. Need skilled and intelligent people owning and working these stores if they still want a job!!!! She claimed to have been working for boost for three years now but apparently needs more training and common sense along with a decent personality!! The male who called himself Angelo and the rude female called him Steven should have his crying child somewhere besides work!!!

Best customer service I’ve ever had! They helped me transfer all my information from my old phone to my new one. They also set me up on autopay which is so nice! They also shared the new app with me so I can earn free money towards my bill each month! These people rock!

The manager Cynthia, is the most rude woman I have ever met. I had to call customer service who informed me that she was just being difficult and didn't want to do her job properly. Would recommend just buying a boost phone/plan from Walmart, rather than try to work with the boost employees here in Jeff. New management is required or she's going to run off all customers.

Whoever the female is that regularly works the afternoon, and evening time is abhorrible. She is ill informed, impatient (despite always holding things up)... rude and aggressive without provocation. Do not advise patronizing this establishment lest you enjoy falling in a black hole of negativity. Whoever is designated regional oversight of personnel would be wise to relieve this personality of her duties before irreparable damage is caused for business. ZERO STARS.

The store manager was rude and would not call his supervisor, so I could get some sort of hospitable service, or fair compensation???.Paid for 2 months of service and a brand new phone which I couldnt use because of some certain network outage I only seemed to be experiencing??.. Two other members of my same household were with boost and had their services working just fine. I asked Boost how and why I seem to be the only one with a "network outage" , they explained upgrade 5G, but my phone was not even a 5G phone so they claimed it was during the selling of it. So after 2 months of payment, hit n miss service, mostly miss, brand new phone paid for also, tried to return the brand new phone which had no damage to it besides the network n functions a phone ahoyld do, he wldnt take it back bc it was past 7 days of purchase. How is this right or possible??? I switched to Kricket. So far so good besides its too high of a bill.
