Winston, the gentleman that owns and operates this shop is as honest as they come. He's had several opportunities to up sell me or rip me off completely but he did not. Once I thought I had a blown steering rack seal but it was a loose hose fitting. What I thought would be $500-$700 was nothing. My dad thought he needed brakes on his truck, I suggested B&W. Instead of sticking my dad for a brake job Winston said they only needed brake dust cleaned off to shop the squealing. I have several other examples from other people who have had similar experiences. Its the ONLY shop I'll use in Jefferson City.
