“Five stars for Brian in sales, but two stars for the sales manager and finance guy. High pressure to buy the extended warranty and he acted like he was mad when I didn’t take it. Overall, I might buy from them again, but they certainly wouldn’t be my first choice.”
“Kemna is ridiculously detailed oriented when fixing your car!! They make sure to get every single detail that was broken and make it even better than it was before. They also update you along the way in text messages which is so nice. I truly feel like they are a trustworthy company that you can count on and I could not be happier with the service! “I cannot rave enough about Xtreme!! They reconstructed my Black Honda Civic in 2013, and the paint and panels they applied to it outlasted all other panels of the car. I just sold the car in July 2025 and it was still shining!
They just did work on my 2024 Red Mazda CX-50 after a hail storm caused $6,300 in damage. After calling the collision center in Columbia Missouri, which was local for me, and getting attitude from their shop about when they could get my car in, I called Xtreme. They told me to come by that same evening and they would make sure I was taken care of. Kent stayed late the night I brought my car in to ensure I had an estimate as soon as possible. They communicated the entire time my car was in the shop. When I went to pick it up, they worked with me on getting the insurance company to direct the payment to me since the check had not arrived yet and I wanted to pay out of pocket. He also gave me a shirt, key chain, and air fresheners. When I got into my car after he handed me the keys, the inside had been detailed and cleaned and smelled amazing.
I couldn’t have asked for better service and I have peace of mind that they did wonderful work on my car.
Don’t take your vehicle anywhere else!!! This is the only place I will ever bring my car, they will have a customer for life.

“Called the service center because of strange sound coming from the belt on my cadillac escalade, they were booked up for the day but still had me come in to see if they could listen & pin point the problem and possibly set up a future appointment⁸. Not only did Jerry (service manager) diagnose the problem, he had me in and out of there so quick! Was supposed to take about an hour and I was really in a time crunch bc I had to get my son from school but they had me out in 30 mins! Jerry made sure I was driving a safe vehicle before I left and was very informative on the issue. Hands down best experience with a service center. Absolutely recommend.”

“Took our 2020 Volkswagen Passat to Boyce after having a good experience a few years ago. When we picked the car up you absolutely could not tell where the repair work was done. The paint and finish work is 100% perfect and the window trim and joints between the doors and body look better than the factory side that never got hit. Can't recommend Gary and Britt enough, don't waste your time looking around Jeff City for anyone else. Do yourself a favor and visit Boyce Auto body. Highly highly recommended!”

“They do seem to be helpful but they don't go out of the way I want to get a fuse for my windshield wipers no one asked if they could come out and check for me to see if that's what it really was independent and get a different size because I got the wrong size and then when he went to wipers it's a part on the Winter Wipeout”

“Hands down the best place to take your car for service. I bought my car from Rusty and honestly they just take care of you with what they can do in their power. The car business is very hard to make everybody happy. There's increased parts costs, service costs, etc, but I trust them that they do their best to make you have a good experience. When I go in there the people are amazing. The front desk people are fun and easy to talk to. They obviously take the issue seriously, but they somehow make a service visit pleasant. Jerry the service manager is always helpful. They just are a professionally well managed place. I'm not sure how anybody could not give a 5 star review, but if you do I'd first just try and be reasonable and talk to them. Anytime I have a concern or car challenge they are reasonable and go above and beyond. One of my favorite businesses in the Columbia/Jeff City area.”
“O'Reilly us a very good parts source. Last visit was to buy spark plugs for my 08 Taurus, they had the parts I needed, the plugs and the intake plenum gasket to replace the intake back atop the engine after accessing the rear bank of plugs. It was quite inexpensive to complete the task, and O'Reilly helped considerably.”
“Shawn had always been good to me. He will go the extra mile to make sure everything sails so smoothly and will always have the time to talk to you like a person. Just make sure you communicate with him and he will work with any problem you have as long as your warranty is good cause we all know once the warranty is up on a car you are liable to fix your own car. Lol”

“TodayI went in to see Greg about my back bumper sensor. Something happened and I was getting alerts on my dash yesterday. He made me an appointment for next Thursday to get it worked on. He explained what they would have to and an estimated how long it would be. He has always treated me with respect and I prefer to talk to Greg whenever possible. And your other service guys snickered at me when I was talking to Greg. I did not appreciate that! I have no use for the other guys at your service counter. Please keep Greg there for me bc if he ever leaves I will take my car somewhere else to be serviced. Rusty I hope you really read these posts that people claim you do. Greg gets 5 stars from me!!”
