Oh my goodness, Matthew H is the real deal. He assisted me with getting anew phone when I was very stressed. He had just such a great, professional, easygoing style. Good impression for sure - but still thought well he is in sales so he is just a great salesperson. Then, I went in again trying to ask for him, but an elderly lady beat me to it. I got to listen how he kindly talked through issues she was having along with listening and responding respectfully to her talk about her late husband. You can tell he genuinely views his role as a responsive, caring individual. Give this man a raise!!’ Not a salesperson - a human who genuinely wants to just help people.

We had a terrible experience across town at the new AT&T… but we immediately came to this one and Jared and Shane sat down and took time to help us and explain what we had questions on. They were kind when I showed up angry and upset. I’m thankful for the patience and extra help! Also, Mike was awesome too!

Matt was very helpful and understanding of my situation and tried to find different solutions that would benefit me but also not have my bill be outrageous. He explained every step that he did and also explained the difference between the plan I had and what would be cheaper and explained group insurance. In the end I was overall very satisfied with my experience.

Staffs of AT&T in Jefferson's branch was outstanding! They helped you out even if it's not related to the upgrading of the phone. Particularly Chris/CJ and one of the guy who doesn't have a name tagged but only AT&T ? they both are so responsive and polite in all my questions and queries which is so rare nowadays for a representatives! Kudos also for the guy who made sure that we are all taken cared of and not only waiting for nothing!Overall, I/we had a great experience in this branch! Now I know why my dad chose to go here rather than the other branches near our place. We're from Gravois Mills, MO, a more or less 1.5hrs drive from there. I'm currently enjoying my phone right now! ? Thank you guys and more power to all of you, from your upper superiors and to everyone in involved! God bosses and keep it up!!! ??

First visit the staff member was great.Three days later I had to go back and that staff member was horrible. Acted like he didn’t want to be there and really didn’t try to help me. Finally gave me a phone number and told me to call them myself. So rude.

Bad customer service. You can be first in line waiting and if someone comes in and ask for a specific sales rep, the employees will cut them to the front of the line if that rep becomes available first. If people come in early for appointments (45 minutes early while we were there) they also go to the front of the line. You don't get offered help until you get tired of seeing three of the guys chatting together and tell them to take your name off the list then all of a sudden they can help you. I have found better service at AT&T stores elsewhere and I would rather wait until I'm in that town to have an issues addressed.

Matthew was awesome and did his best for us the whole time!! I am being questioned about my employer even after sending in a copy of my work contract. I love how AT&T apparently thinks I am- liar. If things don’t get fixed I will gladly amend my statement. I would deal with Matthew any time and he did his best folk to help and get things done, he is a credit to the store.

To sign up for their services,they promise way to much,and prices change constantly, we traded cricket for AT&T and worse mistake ever ,they do nothing to help costumers unless you buying something they your best friends,,,,,update!!!!everything was paid up to date ,we canceled the service and now we got more bills coming in .how is that even possible????

Matt helped yesterday and was fabulous assisting me getting my dads phone unlocked. Unfortunately I wasn’t an authorized user on the account. I was added and today Kelley assisted me. Within 10 minutes she had reset the IMEI and the phone was accessible! Both in store assistants were extremely patient and helpful. Greatly appreciated! Excellent customer service.

If I had been spoken to with respect and appreciation, the salesman would've been able to sell me a phone I really did not need.
