This company USUALLY has good service. However, employee Amber was less than cooperative when assistance was requested. She was rude and less than truthful in her dealings with me. Thank you Dustin for providing excellent customer service on behalf of your organization. You saved an account.

worked with this company for 3 years, the regular agent that did an amazing and timely job quit. Now they have new staff who seem to work on THEIR schedule, leave work hanging and consequently leave you hanging. Requested permits with this company thursday. CA was submitted by them Friday last thing 4:45pm, when they were told CA is behind and we need have permit by Mon am. Had to stay in the desert 2 nights with the escort waiting for permit that got approved and sent tue am. Had to do AZ and NM ourselves friday in 30 min, right before gov permit offices closed. Still got charged. Beware…unless you want to sit around and waste some time and money because they have other matters to tend to.

These ladies are awesome! We started using A-1 about 2 months ago & Liz, Lori & Debbie have taken care of every single permit we've had to have since. They've been really helpful even after hours, they're quick responding & knowledgeable about what they're doing.
