Dr. Katie for finding the issue and working us in, and them Dr. Martha for taking over when Dr. Katie got called away. Just wanted to say that why I will drive over an hour just to see them. THEY ARE THE BEST. Also i can't forget the behind the scene personal that i bothered several times on the phone a big thank you to Kenzie!!!! Thank you for all you guys do.”

“I called Dr. Linus F Huck because he was listed on Google as a veterinarian available 24 hours. He is indeed available 24 hours, but he specializes in equine animals so he wasn't able to see my very sick dog. However he did give me the number for the local vet clinic that was available after hours. Where I was able to take my dog and get him back on the road to recovery.”

“Sunday, September 22, 2024 was a terrible day. Bandit, one of our beautiful and beloved cats, became seriously ill. We called the emergency vet services number and Dr. Todt of Jackson Veterinary Clinic was the vet on call. We met her and an assistant there at 3:30p.m. Dr. Todt and her assistant were so kind and compassionate. We discussed care options and tests and potential treatments depending on the outcome of the tests. Dr. Todt was compassionate but clear that Bandit was seriously ill. We left feeling confident that he was in the best hands possible and the goal was to transfer him to our vet’s office on Monday. On Monday morning, we received the call that Bandit had passed away. We were and still are devastated. I went in to settle our bill and everyone I encountered was kind, compassionate, and loving. Dr. Todt gave me a hug as I thanked her and the staff for everything they’d done for our baby. This place truly cares about the animals and the people who love them. We are so grateful to Dr. Todt and all of the staff for their compassion and kindness.”

“I been going to Tilsit for years. I love them. They are not scared to tell you how to take care of your animal and willing to give advice and answer any questions you may have. When my husband was recovering from a stroke and I tore my meniscus Two tech climbed into the back seat of my husband SUV (because the dog was too rambunctious for us) and gave my new dog a shot. I could not believe the length they went to to help all of us. Then they walked the massive strong dog into Tilsit and brought him back out to the vehicle. I love them, I will not take my animals anywhere else. Years ago my daughter's dog had been given hear worm treatment. I called them at two in the morning and an old man answered the phone saying I knew you were going to call. I said I think my daughter dog is dieing he said no he is not it's just the treatment for heartworm makes him breathe like that and he was right our fur baby lived to be an old dog. I would say the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they are pricey but then you get what you pay for .”
