I had a charge on my bank account from the use of my debit card, but I didn't recognize it. So, I reported it, but the bank personnel told me I would have to go to the Cape mall and ask security for video footage of the ATM where the card was used. They weren't willing to investigate the debit card charge at all. Their first and only response was that I had to investigate, find the perp, and then do what? I don't feel my money is safe with them. I had not lost my debit card, nor had I been to the mall in years. It was about $100.00 just gone! I'm disabled and only make $1050 a month, so this was a huge problem. Fortunately, because I did investigate, I figured out the charge, and it turned out to be legitimate. It just would have been nice to have a bank I could trust to go to when there was an issue! What if my card had been copied somehow? What if it was fraud and the perpetrator had bigger plans to drain my account? They didn't suggest closing out that card or putting an alert on my account. They just made it all my problem with a "too bad, so sad" attitude and they didn't want to discuss it further. I'm still looking for another bank!!!

I have had great visits to the Bank of Missouri in the Jackson area. I have always left the bank satisfied with the business I had to conduct there.

the Bank of Missouri has always been there for us, no matter what we needed. They have great service, and their employees are knowledgeable, and friendly.

I went to this branch today because its near my apartment. Everyone was so nice. Ms Sue was a huge help. Thank you again.
