They have very good reasonably priced things (much better than goodwill) and have sales pretty often too. The staff is so incredibly nice and helpful. My absolute favorite thing is the array of books they have. I love love love the books here they are priced so good compared to a bookstore and there are so many and the bookshelves are always full so you can always find something for you.

I have always supported the Jackson Teen Challenge store, through both patronage and donations. I have been a customer for as long as this store has been open and have never had a problem. When I last visited, they had a Coach bag in their glass case. I asked to see it, so the store associate took it out of the case and held it up for me to look at. He didn't hand it to me. It looked like a nice bag, and I told him I would buy it. He then placed it by the register, where I paid for it and then took it home in the plastic sack they bagged it in. I never got to hold the bag. Upon inspection, the bag turned out to be a counterfeit. I paid $19.95 for it. I don't expect men to know what a counterfeit bag looks or feels like, so I took it back to the store for a refund. The sales associate informed me that refunds are not allowed, no matter the circumstance. I explained that the bag is a counterfeit and therefore is illegal to even sell. He didn't care and re-stated that there are no refunds, showing me a physical sign stating the same. He told me I could speak with the store manager later, but that he wasn't available at the time. Selling counterfeit items to unsuspecting customers is not a good way to do business, especially for a company who claims to be Christian and allegedly helps criminals and drug addicts turn their lives around. This store is commiting a crime selling fake merchandise and not even taking responsibility for it. I will never darken their doors again, nor will I ever donate to them again. I did tell the store associate that selling counterfeit items is a good way to end up in a lawsuit. If the employee who had taken it out of the case had let me hold and inspect the bag, I never would have bought it. The "leather" is made of cheap vinyl and the hardware is cheap pot metal. Now I'm out $20 and the time and gas money to take it back. If you do go to this store, just know that they don't care if they sell you fake items and they will not refund your money.

Every time I go into this store I spend $100 to $200 before I walk out. They have alot of nice furniture and anything else u can use in ur house. Go and check them out and u will thank me u did. It's all affordable and for a good cause. I recommend this store to everyone. Nice and clean and the workers bend over backwards to help u. Try it, I promise u will like it.

Sign on the clothes rack says "mens jeans" & "yellow tag $2.00"The man stated that all men's denim are $4 when I questioned the price at the checkout. They need to fix their signs to not be so misleading.

I hadn't been in a long time. The layout has changed. Prices seem to have increased slightly, but that is to be expected somewhat given the times.I like shopping at both of the stores because the money goes to help men in their journeys toward getting clean and sober. They are good guys, trying to turn their lives around in constructive ways. More power to each of them!

Formerly a welcome escape from Goodwill's price hikes, now severely overpriced themselves. Prices on electronics have doubled in most cases, and more significant items have increased more than that - pretty sure they are pricing according to eBay or above. Might as well buy on eBay and enjoy a return policy to speak of, because there isn't much in the way of deals to be found here.
