“My favorite place to shop for all things shooting. JSE has a very knowledgeable and approachable staff, which makes shopping such a breeze. Whether you’re new to shooting, buying your first firearm, or a seasoned gun owner, this is the place to go.
They stock a wide variety of firearms and ammunition for every type of shooter.
They even have a Silencer Shop kiosk in house to make your silencer shopping painless!
Also, the amount of parts they have to customize your AR platform is immeasurable. It’s a literal candy store for AR parts. You can build your rifle to whatever spec your mind can think of.”
“TL;DR: I honestly have no idea why you would buy shoes anywhere else. The price was on par with Zappos and Amazon but the service made it an entirely over the top experience.
At my in-laws recommendation, we drove up from NE Arkansas to try out some shoes here and it was worth every penny.
First off, Braden asked about the shoes we were wearing. He recognized the models instantly and noted that they had been updated since we bought ours 2 years ago from Zappos. He took some measurements and checked our stance. He even noted that I was favoring my left leg because my knee hurt (apparently this was visible from the heat reading he took using a thermal sensitive board. Then he asked about what we use the shoes for. My wife uses hers at the gym, but I just pace around an office building.
Braden was able to watch us walk around and again noted details about how we put weight on our feet and our gate. He also asked about any injuries or health issues we have.
Before we got to try on any shoes, we were informed of a clean sock policy. They'll provide the socks, but you have to change. Having had athlete's foot before, I greatly appreciate this measure. The socks were pretty comfy (and can be added to your order at half price).
We each had three pairs of shoes to try on. It seems like Braden matched our needs to the best offerings of three brands (taking our past shoe experience into account). And the second shoe I tried on was the updated version of my favorite shoe (the Hoka Clifton). And despite me not liking my Brooks, he brought out a pair he said was almost the middle ground between the two shoes.
They have a variety of colors and sizes on hand, but they can order a pair and have them shipped to you if their stock is insufficient.
For your average shopper, this will probably be a chance to get a good pair of shoes without investing a lot of time or money into figuring out what shoes are best for you.
For someone like myself that owns a pair of gym shoes, a pair of walking shoes, hiking shoes, etc, this is a chance to figure out exactly the pair of shoes you need for each activity and keep colors in line with the activity (I know some people like to stain their hiking shoes, but I prefer black on black and save the lighter accents for daily walking shoes or gym shoes).
Beyond the shoes and their outstanding service, they have a variety of socks, supplements, and accessories. I can't vouch for the supplements, but the socks seem to be of exceptional quality as does the headband my daughter bought for soccer.
I'm already planning a trip back up here when my gym shoes wear out.”
“It was an in and out trip, only went for a sleeping bag. But it was easy to locate, and my son wad pleased with it. The cashier was super friendly and even talked to my young son and offered him a sticker, which he loved!”
“I didn't go the mall shopping for hats but the store caught my eye as I walked in the mall entrance. I noticed the hats that my Grandson likes and I asked Mason if I could take a picture to send to my daughter. I came back about 10 minutes before closing with the picture where my Grandson had circled the ones he liked. Mason was quick to help pick out the hats with the correct sizing. Overall great experience. The bad thing was that when I got to my next shopping location... I went to pay and I could not find my debit card. Pro Image was the last place I had used it but the store was already closed. I was just praying that was where I had left it and it hadn't fallen out of my wallet somewhere. I called the next morning and a very nice sounding Bradan answered the phone and I told him I was pretty sure I had left my debit card in the card reader. He said "I was just trying to look you up on Facebook to send you a message." I told him I had already cancelled the card out of panic and asked if he would just cut it up. He took my phone number-cut up the card-and sent me a picture. I asked him if there was anyone I could call to brag on him!! He said that they had Google reviews but said I didn't have to do that. BUT YES I DID!! In a world where it seems like customer service and common courtesy are a little lacking at times - THIS experience shows that it does still exist!! Thank you Bradan and Mason.”
“My favorite sports store to shop.for my 22 year old grandson. If product not in store he will order mail out.Keeps running inventory of my purchases. My grandson large man his size has to often be ordered.”
“Drum’s does an outstanding job. I used them when I bought my son his first hunting rifle. The gun had a defect from the manufacturer (no fault of Drums) and Brian worked hard to make it right. He knew we wanted the gun for deer season this year and was able to get us a working gun my son used this season. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.”
