“I am from Kentucky. I was visiting Bent Creek Golf Course and began having eye issues. I did an online visit with my doctor; she called in an Rx to my Ky pharmacy. As the day went on, my eyes were watering so badly, I could not see. I needed immediate help. I Googled closest pharmacy to BCGC. I got Jones Drug Store, and I am so glad that I did!!!

The staff at Jones Drug Store went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. They were so kind and concerned about me, even though I'd only be a one-time customer. If they were this nice to me, I can only imagine how amazingly well they treat their regular customers. If you live in Jackson, MO, I highly recommend Jones Drug Store.

“We have been using this pharmacy for over 2 years, we've always had a great experience even when it didn't go the way that we wanted (insurance hiccups, doctor says they called it in we're going to fax it in, but it had not been done yet) the pharmacy techs are always very helpful, explain the situation and offer a solution if there is something I can do to assist (i.e. youmyou try calling the doctor's office and let them know when you're here now so they will fax over the prescription).They've also been really great when I have forgotten to call in my refills, jumping through hoops to get it done the same day when possible. I'm also a fan of the new texting option that sends a reminder saying you should be due for a refill on XYZ, all I have to do is respond accordingly and my refill is entered.”
