Emma cut my hair too short. I said I wanted to keep the lenght.It's 4 different lengths on the left side.My husband said it looks like a bored child with scissors cut your hair. I was at the store later and someone asked me what happened to your hair. I've never been so embarrassed in my life..... I won't be going back.Service: Haircut

Madison did my hair… we have been moving a lot the past two years and I have not been able to find someone to simply cut my hair the way I like. After she cut my hair it looks and feels great… hair cuts may seem insignificant but if you’ve never had a really good hair cut you are missing out on a wonderful feeling. I should have read reviews. Not a salon for a cut. I've been here 3 times. First time color and cut. Color was great, bangs were butchered but they're bangs and I have a cowlick, I can see where that is a challenge for an inexperienced stylist? 2nd time, color was Great!!! 3rd time?? Color (ROOT TOUCHUP) did not take on one small section. The stylist asked if I'd like that section redone? Of coarse?? While being worked on the Owner? whispered into the stylist ear....? stylist corrected the the spot and then cut. A simple blunt angle cut. It is uneven from one side to the other, it angles, but does not blend into the back. I was then charged $80.00. I called the next day and was told root touch-up and cut is 65.00 and I was charged 80 because they had to use extra color? How was that my fault. A root touch-up???? Lesson learned. I was also told I would be called back by someone named Heidi...never heard from her. Very Unprofessional
