These gentlemen are the best! It's a Sunday, and they are open, first of all! They had exactly what I needed (a new battery for my Toyota Tundra. They even installed it for me at no extra charge! I am very grateful and highly recommend Auto Zone in Jackson, Missouri!

Sold us a faulty starter. The day before, we had called TWICE to make sure the riembursement to our mechanic had been done. Both times they said it had been completed. Once our mechanic checked his system, he saw it indeed had NOT been done. So they lied. We went in June 18th, 2024, to talk with the manager, Steve J about the exchange. He would not call our mechanic even though I asked him to 3 times to make sure he knew the riembursement went through. His log in "magically" stopped working when he tried to put the exchange through, so it didn't even get done. My fiancé asked him if he was lying, and he blew up. Started cussing, yelling, and told us to get out of the store, which only makes us believe he was lying even more. It's about as fun as dealing with a 4 year old throwing a temper tantrum. Definitely calling corporate. Neither one of us was rude and he absolutely blew up. Never been treated this way in customer service. Just baffled.

I would leave a zero, but this won't be seen otherwise. They are awful to deal with, rude for absolutely no reason, and liars to boot. They lied about fixing a return, twice, and then yelled at me and my girlfriend when we confronted them for lying. Do not go.

Went here for windshield wipers. Both attendants helped immediately! One looked up what I needed to find the right one for me, and the other went down the aisle to wait for instructions on what to grab. They asked if they could install them for me, and I was thrilled!! Thank you for all you do!!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Autozone, and I have to say that their customer service is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly greeting from the staff.I was looking for a specific part for my car, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with expert advice on which part would be the best fit for my vehicle.Not only were they knowledgeable about the products they sell, but they also showed a genuine interest in helping me get the job done right. They even offered to help me install the part if I needed assistance!Throughout the entire process, the staff was incredibly patient, courteous, and professional. They made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable, which is not always the case when it comes to auto parts shopping.Overall, I have to say that Autozone has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied and well taken care of. Husband walked in , one guy there at the computer. No acknowledgment, no eye contact. We made a little noise with the shopping cart. It’s like we weren’t there, invisible. Finally just walked out. What is wrong with employees???? They do get paid to work and give customer service.

My left turn signal bulb had blown. The young man took the time to tackle replacing the bulb which ended up being more involved than we both realized. I truly appreciated his time.
