“Roy is my go-to. He and his staff, many of whom are family or long-term employees, are always busy, yet always make time to get our vehicles in and serviced as quickly as possible. They are fantastic about setting expectations for wait times so I never have to worry about being left without wheels for an unanticipated period of time. Their prices are at least as fair as anyone else's, if not more-so, and their customer service is second to none. I recently had a more involved job that his crew doesn't do, but Roy towed my vehicle to a servicer, had it repaired, and brought it back to his lot so I could settle up there, all at a price that was super reasonable.
