Super unimpressed with this company. Management is sub par, repairs are a gamble, and good luck getting anyone on the phone to get any updates.
Other reviews had me very hopeful but sadly I didn’t have this same experience. One good thing is that the staff is nice enough when you can get ahold of them, but they don't seem knowledgable at all about the parts in question, and it’s such a shame to treat your customers where they have to guess whats happening and drive by to see where their car is at because you lack any sort of communication with them on top of that.
My recommendation would be to improve your communication standards, and honestly put more money into training your staff and I think you got yourself a decent little shop. Unfortunately, until then, this shop is a nightmare.

I’d avoid them like the plague. 0 communication, shotty work, and overall mismanaged to oblivion. If you can, I’d recommend elsewhere.

I would not recommend this shop. Lacking in communication, customer service, and business management. We had once bragged about this shop when we had work done on our truck but we only dealt with Dustin and he had good customer service and very communicative. This experience with our car was very disappointing... Dropped the car off when we were told on Monday. Tried to drop it off the Friday before but was told Monday.Then got told we didn't drop it off when we were told too because they had closed early to go to the bank..and now we have to wait till Thursday for them to even diagnose it. Then we agreed on the estimate and didn't get hardly any calls or any calls about charging more than originally quoted. My husband always had to call and see how it was going. After two weeks it was done but they wanted us to pay more for stuff that wasn't ours to pay for. Like a hole in the tire that wasn't there when we dropped it off. And for a part we were told came with the original part we were quoted for but didn't.

I want to give a big shout out to All the employees at Sam’s Service Center. They have kept my vehicles running great for seven years. I give them a 5 star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They even take my old carcass home and pick me up. I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my vehicle ?.
