Xfinity keeps raising prices, service and quality keeps dropping. Had to wait 15-20min to drop off equipment.

Phone support has been excellent. However, the store is ran so inefficiently that if you need to go in, make sure you have some hours to wait for service. Just picking up or dropping off equipment requires you to talk with a rep. Even if everything has already been handled on the phone with phone support.

I made an appointment which I suggest because it's the fastest way to get help. Otherwise you'll be there a while. Perhaps 45 minutes waiting. Person that helped me was friendly. Nice and got what I needed done ASAP.
