This Walgreens is so inefficient and rude. Every time i fill a medications, they always mess the order up. I follow the orders online, I call them and ask them to fix the order and get my meds ready, and yet again... they mess the order up. Its basically every time I fill a medication. I use my FSA card for my prescriptions and sometimes they're considered OTC medication, for which i have an RX written. They will put the order back on the shelf and not fill it, even though I call them several times and ask them to run it as an rx as written so I can use my fsa card. Its like the pharmacy techs are incapable of understanding this? Pretty sure this is part of their job!!? I gave up and use the Walgreens inside my hospital, where I work. Its not worth my mental health to deal with these people at this store. Probably only a matter of time before they close this store, too. Good riddance.

I would give negative star amount if I could I have been places on hold 5 times since I have called 20mins ago this is a horrible way to conduct business! Correction make that 10 times now seeing as how I am still on hold. Answer Your PHONE!!!!!

Only place that takes my insurance for prescriptions so I kind of have to deal with it. Gave the lady my name and she was extremely rude. I just moved and it was on my other address still and I gave her the wrong address and she acted like it wasn’t me I gave her my id and she still didn’t want to believe me. I just had dental work done and need my antibiotics to not get another infection. But she wanted to treat me like I wasn’t who I said I was. I called my dental office and they moved it to another pharmacy for me since they didn’t want to believe I am the person who was picking up MY prescriptions

If you can get your prescriptions anywhere else, go there!!! They can’t confirm if they have prescriptions or how long until you can get it. Pharmacy tech was short and offered nothing to help. This was the good Walgreens compared to others I’ve been to. I will be asking my insurance if there is another alternative.

Never filling a prescription here again. The urgent care I took my daughter to sent it here 3 times over two days, each time being told they didn’t have it. I tried to send to a different Walgreens, but my insurance denied it because it was already “filled” at this location. Called a 4th time, the person on the phone cut me off mid sentence and then they magically had my prescription. Sure love for my 5 year old’s eye drops for her intense pink eye being withheld ??

I went to the ER this morning for severe back pain. Turns out I have a herniated disk. The hospital sends multiple prescriptions for pain relief to this pharmacy around 10am or so. When my wife gets off work at 6pm, she goes here to pick up my meds. She is informed they are not ready, and it will be another hour. Of course my wife got upset, asking why it is taking so long. Leading to the pharmacist taking my medication and throwing them across the room, like a child having a temper tantrum. Walgreens, are these the type of people you actually hire? Extremely unprofessional!

I don't recommend this pharmacy at all! This a lousy POS place. They get payed to stand around and not do their jobs . I've been waiting for a week for one medicine to be filled. Then instead of filling ASAP to fix their mistake they want me to wait another hour waiting my time and gas. They don't do their jobs and they have no customer service.

Store has 24 hours on the side of the building but yet it closes for 8 hours. Used to go to this quite a bit but not anymore because they started closing when I get off work.

Worst customer service ever! Got to store to pick up prescription unfortunately 4 minutes after pharmacy closed. Pharmacy worker super unhelpful and no one working in store even knew what time store opened the next day. Regretful I even went to this location.

convenient location , store is fine but pharmacy service is horrible. Last employee at window had blue hair and didnt look professional. Used to be 24 hour pharmacy now close at 7 on saturday night. Have to go to Liberty for a better walgreens and 24hour pharmacy. Do BETTER Walgreens

My wife and I got sick and I went to Hy-Vee on Noland and 40hwy. I was in and out of Urgent care in 45 minutes with medicine in my hands. Next day took my wife to the same clinic for speedy treatment like day before. Clinic attendance mistakenly sent prescription to Walgreens on Noland. Upon arrival there was an hour wait to get to drive thru window. Then we were told they received the orders but not ready for at least an hour. We came back later waited another hour and 20 minutes to get to window to be told only two items were ready.!!? We said that was ok we took the two and went home. Checking meds found out that they were missing pills the antibiotics prescribed one day dosage was missing and meds package was missing my wife had to go back and was told to have seat we make corrections. After 20 minutes totally new meds different from previous packages were given to her without pharmacist apologies. I hope it helps.

Awful. They are ALWAYS under staffed. Which makes for HUGE lines around the building and long wait times on the phone. I never call here without expecting to wait 30-45 min for someone to answer the phones. This is not the employees fault....this is CORPORATES fault for understaffing them to cut costs. Get with it Walgreens!!!!The only reason I fill scripts here is because my doctor only sends his scripts to Walgreens.... otherwise I'd go right back over to CVS across the street. Much better service there!
