The Pharmacy Technicians seemed overworked but they re trying to do their best. They always great me with a smile and try to get me out in a timely Walgreens. I really appreciate the Technician Amanda. She always has a smile on her face and eager to help or solve problems that may come up rather if it’s my insurance or jut not having a medication in stock, she will take the time to see if another store may have it for me. Very pleasant, polite and friendly. Thank you Amanda. You make Walgreens great. I will NEVER AGAIN go to CVS!!! They suck and are RUDE!!!!

They were super rude on the phone after sitting on hold for around 30 minutes. Didn’t even answer my question then hung up on me. Left for CVS

This is the only one open on my way to work at 630 am and I am so glad! I needed to stop and grab some cough drops on my way in and it is conveniently on the way and always has what I need.

I am over 75 years old the clerks always help me get my 12 pack pop on the bottom shelves all the way in the back. With a smile. When I broke my wrist they loaded my van for me. Carrying out all my items. Love Walgreens —-the staff in all the stores are very helpful

This pharmacy is majorly short handed. Took 5 hours to fill my boyfriends prescriptions after he was released from the hospital. I tried to call several times to talk to someone on the phone and it kept hanging up on me. Not sure if I was being hung up on or if there was a glitch in the system. I finally called the front of the store and she transferred me back to the pharmacy. When I talked to the guy in the pharmacy he said they were swamped and I can pick the meds up tomorrow. I told him that my boyfriend was released from the hospital 5 hours ago and needs his pills. The pharmacist assistant did get them filled by 9pm. I'm sure the people in the pharmacy get tired of being yelled at everyday but people need their medication. I blame the management for not hiring enough people. You can't have 3 workers doing the job of 6 people it's just not fair to your employees or customers. I'm giving management 2 stars not the pharmacy workers. Do better management!

Went in to a flu shot. Waited for 45 minutes and they hadn't even bothered to draw the shot. Ridiculous! Honestly it's just rude.

Would NOT recommend using this pharmacy. The pharmacy was great for the first few years, but now when you try to call they literally pick up the phone and then hang up on you, over and over. Hey Walgreens, this is NOT how you KEEP customers. Also, my doc will send in scripts then Walgreens will say they are out of some things and they've actually told me to call around. No, I'll just take my business elsewhere. How about you hire enough staff? Smh.

To pick up my prescriptions today on Noland road and 39th Street the little black girl that's running the driveway I was literally in line for 20 minutes she acted when I finally got up there she acted like she didn't know what she was doing she was chewing her gum unconcerned did not even look at me to acknowledge me or say wait just a minute. This is the epitome of what we're living in today

This Walgreens is so inefficient and rude. Every time i fill a medications, they always mess the order up. I follow the orders online, I call them and ask them to fix the order and get my meds ready, and yet again... they mess the order up. Its basically every time I fill a medication. I use my FSA card for my prescriptions and sometimes they're considered OTC medication, for which i have an RX written. They will put the order back on the shelf and not fill it, even though I call them several times and ask them to run it as an rx as written so I can use my fsa card. Its like the pharmacy techs are incapable of understanding this? Pretty sure this is part of their job!!? I gave up and use the Walgreens inside my hospital, where I work. Its not worth my mental health to deal with these people at this store. Probably only a matter of time before they close this store, too. Good riddance.

I would give negative star amount if I could I have been places on hold 5 times since I have called 20mins ago this is a horrible way to conduct business! Correction make that 10 times now seeing as how I am still on hold. Answer Your PHONE!!!!!

Only place that takes my insurance for prescriptions so I kind of have to deal with it. Gave the lady my name and she was extremely rude. I just moved and it was on my other address still and I gave her the wrong address and she acted like it wasn’t me I gave her my id and she still didn’t want to believe me. I just had dental work done and need my antibiotics to not get another infection. But she wanted to treat me like I wasn’t who I said I was. I called my dental office and they moved it to another pharmacy for me since they didn’t want to believe I am the person who was picking up MY prescriptions
