The independence location has done a great job listening to my needs and making suggestions that fit my needs. The representative was kind courteous and showed great knowledge in products and services and took the proper amount to time to inform mw of best options based of my insurance.

My husband and I have used Visionworks fir years now. If there ever was a problem with glasses or frames, Visionworks and store associates stood pleasantly behind the problem and instantly attended to it, but we have only had a problem one time and it was immediately delt with. I am a happy continued customer, their service is friendly and patient. I also like their assortment of frames w/o the high costs. I frequently recommend Visionworks to friends and family. They are also a provider of my insurance. Thank you Visionworks. ?

I am giving them 1 star for customer service and being able to contact them. I tried for over a month to contact them to see if my glasses were ready. I get the recording and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I literally put the phone down and mopped my floor and they still didn't answer. So, I called at a different time early in the morning and late in the afternoon and the same thing, no one ever picked up the phone. So, if you order you glasses from Vision works don't expect them to ever answer the phone , you will not get a call to inform you they are ready, you will just have to pop at the location and hope they are ready.

Last minute cancelation when I made my appointment then a couple weeks later they canceled last minute on my daughter's appointment. Last minute the day of, a few hours before our appointments. Not very professional.

Fast. Super friendly. They focus on you and just you to make sure you get exactly what you need. I was really happy with the cost after insurance also. Wonderful people.

Worst customer service experience ever! I have been to both visionworks worksstore at Independence and Kansas City store.I have had two pairs of glasses remade a total of nine times. I have experienced everything from store customer service reps measuring where my no line bifocal off to mostly lab having my prescription totally wrong! I also experienced problems with digital progressive lens and when requested to have glasses remade with standard progressive lens after reinarate from the store to be sure to have lab make glasses with standard progressive lens, what comes back digital lens. I never experienced such incompetence in my life to go through this.I have vision loss in one eye and I couldn't stress enough my struggle with wearing a old prescription while I waited to finally get my glasses back today. What was even more frustrating was my repeated calls to store manager at Independence store, who never got back to me, complaints to customer service and my request to speak with district manager and to present date no response. This right here infuriates me,it sends a message to the customer that no one cares.A free pair of glasses or some nominal refund doesn't make up for it when you get ignored, you try to be patient I don't understand how a lab especially can screw up this many times. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
