“When my cat, little Opie, started going downhill within just a few days, I tried to get an appointment with our regular vet, but they were too busy to see him. When I called “Old Town Veterinary Clinic,” they were able to see him within a few hours. I was so relieved, and Dr. Snyder and the whole staff were friendly, attentive, and very compassionate. Dr Snyder gave Opie a thorough physical examine, and then did labs to check his kidney function, as she thought that may be the issue, and she was right. Opie’s kidneys were failing. They gave me options to decide what to do next. Opie was 18yrs old, and I could tell he was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. Dr Snyder and staff treated Opie with compassion and respect as they made him comfortable with a soft blanket to lay on as the Dr proceeded with the euthanasia procedure. They allowed me as much time as I needed to say good-bye to my little companion.I highly recommend Old Town and Dr Snyder and staff, and if I ever get another pet, I will definitely return. Thank you all so much for being there for us in this difficult time.”

“I took my female to have an x-ray to see how many pups she had. It is super convenient not having to make an appointment & just letting them know when you are there. Make sure you are there at least 40 minutes before closing. Also, without an appointment, you will have to wait a little longer to be seen. The nurse and doctor were spot on how many pups she had! Everyone was pleasant.”

They have a new veterinarian at the Blue Springs location who I hear is really good. I highy recommend this place. I have taken many of the Wings of Love, Inc. Show Bird and Rescue birds there.”

“My fur babies receive excellent care at Banfield Pet Care Hospital ! They ask me if I have any concerns. They greet me by name and know my babies by name. Then, they call the next day to follow up to see how my babies are doing. This is the only place I have carried my babies for their health care. They send me reminders for annual checkups. They are accommodating to schedule appointments for me. You won’t be disappointed! I have been going there more than ten years. Very pleased!”
