“I highly recommend them, they always answer all of my questions.
We have taken all 5 of our animals to them and they treat them all well.
2 of those animals are German Shepards, the techs and vet aren't skittish around them like I've experienced at other places.
We unfortunately lost one of our dogs to cancer, and opted to end his life here in warmth and comfort with the whole family there. Three trails let us bring in the other animals and stay as long as we needed. They made everything as comfortable as possible, given the situation. 5 stars for Three Trails!”

“They were so nice. And sometimes it's hard to find cat lovers but walking in there they were so nice to Ms kitty treated her how I would want anyone to treat any animal. And very quick. I didn't have to wait at all.”

“The only negative thing I can say about this office is ,I had to bring my 14 year old Sassy girl in for her final journey to the rainbow bridge it was so hard because she was still so fun and playful, everyone was very nice and said sorry but it was really fast and then we were gone that was very hard on me since I can't have kids of my own she was my baby so after the vet came in it only took a few seconds 1 shot and she was gone limp in my arms and they both left us for privacy. The tech checked on us again and told us to leave when we were ready. Me being Sassys mom I would have really loved a call back or a card in the mail or anything saying we are thinking of you or sorry we just paid and that was it. Now I know they don't have to do that but it really helps with the grieving process ...Thats the only thing I wished was different. Other then that we bring our boys Travis and Winston here also for all there care and everyone that touches them are so kind and gentle. Update- On August 16th, 2024 my baby boy Winston crossed the rainbow bridge and once again we decided to take him to Independence. I had just lost my mother the day before so I was a emotional wreck. My mama now my fur baby... Everyone was kind but these are our babies and I understand its a business but please send a card or paw print or even a follow up call it really does help the grieving pet owner.”

“I've always a had good experience anytime I've needed Dr Snyder. And right now, my kitty is in recovery after an attack from another animal. She and her staff have been too kind helping me look after my cat over many days. They have helped to guide me nursing her back to healthy and as always, I learned a lot. Dr Snyder and the staff really care about animals, and they absolutely show that with every visit I've ever had over the years. They are also very informative and very friendly. I recommend Old Town Vet to anyone who ever asks for a vet. She is the BEST! I'm so grateful I found her.”

“I started coming to this clinic in June of this year after relocating.
The staff from the beginning have been extremely friendly, they were great with answering questions and getting one of my puppies scheduled for her spay (which was done very well).
Today Annie spent 35 minutes on the phone with me to schedule appointments for 8 of my 9 pets. She never seemed inconvenienced, answered all of my questions, and confirmed everything several times before we got off the phone. Super impressed with the high level of empathy and customer service.”

“I brought my cat Captain in with a mangled leg out of its socket. They were quick to bring him in and make him more comfortable.
They were busy with other surgeries, but still cared for him in a timely manner. Unfortunately they could not put his leg back in place, and recommended a different veterinarian. However we are now pleased to note while waiting for the funds for another vet, Captain's leg is on the mend. What they did do, helped him heal.”

“Honestly, so kind. You can tell by their tone and their attentiveness that they just really care about animals. These ladies went out of their way to make our dog comfortable and to make us feel comfortable with her in their care. There was also a way to set up some type of payments. And it wasn't even that expensive given the 5 Day over night stay our dog had spent there. Also, their facility was extremely clean. 10/10 compared to the other hospitals around town this pick is a no brainer. Thank you!”

“So I would normally give bansfield 5 stars, I have used then for many years. I just had my lifelong dog got to sleep and go to heaven with their help. I'm heartbroken. But just in case there are those not aware of their plans. Like the comprehensive wellness program. If the appointment and fee's are more than the cost of the plan itself, then you will be required to pay off the plan, even after your pet is gone. So don't be surprised, as I was when canceling your plan and you still owe. Thank you. I am grateful bansfield helped me and my dog. Thank you. She is in a better life now with a new body and with God. Bansfield really does do a great job.”
