This location’s drive through consistently takes too long. Pulled up to an open bay, sent the tube and waited over 10 minutes before any acknowledgment from the teller. I will drive further away to get better service.

I hate to see I’m not the only one. That’s ready to get away from this bank . I deposited a check they released the funds. I drew a cashiers check off of these funds the next day without warning they put a hold on the check that I had deposited which put my account $2400 in the negative but they assured me it would only be until September 15, but what do I do in the meantime How do I maintain without access to my money ! Funny story . They told me I could come open another account…. Ok? But with what money? After years with this bank I was forced to open a cash app !

Such a JOKE, I HAD AN ACCOUNT, and I put in for a REALTOR FRAUD SCAM, AND IT TOOK WEEKS, FOR THIS ,US BANK,to Get my FRAUD SCAM MONEY BACK, FROM THIS-BRIAN HARRISON MARTIN,His Group of idiots, and put in a FRAUD claim, NOW THIS US BANK, IS COMING AFTER ME, TO PAY BACK THE BANK FOR THIS FRAUD, REALTOR STEALING MY MONEY,AFTER US BANK CLOSED MY CHECKING ACCT!!!!I have ,this US BANK ALL THE FRAUD ,DL,NAME,ADDRESS OF THIS FRAUD SCAM!!

This bank is the worst. I pull up as a commercial customer and the teller currently (I am literally in their drive thru) can’t be bothered to get on the mic and say hello, look up, acknowledge me, NOTHING. He walks aimlessly about and obviously hates his job. I am going to drive further away just to go to US bank on Noland. I have been sitting here at the window for 20 minutes without the slightest acknowledgment. Also they have been without rolled coin for almost 2 weeks, but I know that’s not their own fault. It’s just hard to explain that to our retail customers.

I recently had to call the branch manager, Josh, regarding an alarming call I got from his branch. He was extremely condescending and far from helpful.

Is it typical for the branch manager Joshua Lindsey to threaten to call the police on an account holder?He’s been called out on previous reviews as well.Not the way to treat your customers.It’s been over a week since the district manager Brandon D was supposed to call me back.Is there any type of update?

The ATM machine has been "temporarily" out of service for over a month now and there'sonly one of them. Makes the branch look like a joke company that can't afford to fix equipment.

Waiting in the line in the lobby on Saturday morning only one bank teller working. Five people ahead of me. The wait times at this location is absurd.

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I cashed in some savings bonds for my great grandmother to help pay for her nursing home care (as her power of attorney). I was then sent a 1099 in MY name (though they were hers and put into her bank account for her care). I was then told to fix the problem THEY caused I would need to take her out of the nursing home and bring her in to sign. She has Alzheimer’s and is completely mentally incapacitated. Joshua Lindsey (bank manager) did absolutely nothing to help resolve the issue. Completely unacceptable since this was the banks fault. Do not bank here.Editing to update: once I threatened to file a formal complaint with the bank - the manager was suddenly able to fix my problem. Will still be changing banks.

If this was the only usbank by my house I would immediately switch banks. They take 10+ minutes to get to you in the drive through even if nobody is in line, this has happened multiple occasions back to back. And everyone seems clueless and rude. They sent a reflection of the entire franchise just a reflection of poor management or bad hiring.

Walked in lobby at 4:15 in the afternoon. Only one teller working in with 4 people in line. Long wait.

I've always had a pleasant experience at this location! Today was special however...At approx. 10:20 I went through the drive through with my co-piolet Roscoe (dog) to deposit a check. I've never used the drive through before so wasn't sure on procedure. I was met with a friendly face (please excuse me for not getting your name!). Business as usual. What I did not expect however - upon receiving my receipt in the sliding window box drawer thing there was a dog treat!!I rescued Mr. Roscoe one week ago. He came from a kill shelter down in Texas and was weeks away from being culled. Having a forever home is new to him along with all the perks of my undivided attention. Neither of us expected a treat at our bank.Thank you so very much for the kindness and customer service. Even though Roscoe forgot to chew, I know you made his day as he swallowed it down in excitement! hahaI hope this finds you! Tues, Oct 20Logan
