Great experience!! Timothy Ash was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!! No pressure sales pitch just wanted to know what I wanted and gave me helpful advice and service!! I would recommend giving Tuff Shed a look! My shed was just installed October 14 in just a day only took a few weeks to happen. I am extremely pleased with the workmanship of shed!! The installers were friendly and very experienced !!!

Just got my new Tuff Shed delivered yesterday, by 2 great guys, Derek and Denny. They arrived at the appointed time and worked hard to get the job done amazingly fast. From starting with Tim on Noland Rd in Independence Mo who helped me so much through this process, everything was top notch. My new shed looks great!! Easy-to-use company with quick responses to every question

Tim was very customer service driven in his approach to all of my questions and customizations. I do not know how many times he updated our proposal to work in my families needs. The team that came and built the shed were amazing too- both friendly, answered questions, and were definitely quick! We absolutely love our shed and will not buy a shed from another company again. Everyone was great to work with, start to finish. Tim was gracious enough to let me make changes prior to finalization. The installers were great. They were prompt, efficient, answered all of my questions, and let me take photos along the way. I highly recommend Tuff Shed!

My husband and I stopped earlier this week to look at sheds. Salesperson never left his building or acknowledged us. As we were leaving a man in a BMW pulled in and the salesperson came right out to him......guessing you must need to have "a status" to speak to someone here. Shame. Now we will look elsewhere with funds in hand.

When I compared the quality of the material to that of other shed company's it just didn't measure up. Also I looked at the models at HD and it was Dame near impossible to find someone to help me and that more than anything really upset me.
