Went Monday (Columbus Day) to look at cargo trailers. Found what we needed at a very good price. Got the paperwork for the trailer to take to the bank and asked to be called if another buyer wanted the trailer. The response was "we will hold it for you, no problem". Came back Wednesday with cashiers check and picked up our trailer. Smooth sailing all the way.

They problem solved and figured out what I needed very fast. I had received a misdiagnosis from another company so I was glad they knew what to do. They finished the job a lot faster than anticipated. Such friendly and competent service. This was the independence location. They also got me an appointment within 36 hours of calling.

I will not come back to the Independence location. The staff was friendly enough but the parking lot is very small and it would have been beneficial to get some guidance when a day was set up to bring our small RV trailer in on the phone. Also when they were changing the tires, they were supposed to check the spare and pick the best of the 3 to become the spare. When we picked up the RV and we asked them about it, they said they never even looked at the spare. Advice to the owner: Give some kind of instructions when you have people on the phone about where to park when coming in. And if you say you are going to do something, follow through. I felt the gentleman who took our order was uninterested and unhelpful.

Great staff. Good products. Quick installation. Just know that some hitches must be ordered. Payment in advance. Ours took about 12 days so I'm glad we weren't pressed for time. Only took 45 minutes on the day of installation. Ours was a hitch only with no need for wiring. I'd heard their reputation from several friends who'd used them and I'd recommend them also.

There are no words can explain the bad experience that I've had with this place...I had a new axle put on my trailer and short time later I bent it. So I went back and had them install what I thought would be a new axle once again. I noticed that my tires weren't straight and I said something about it. They said it was just my fenders. The truth of the matter is they did not put on the new axle but they charge me for it.....Of course I went back and showed it to them but they got mean and said they would not give me a new axle.So I went to another trailer shop and confirmed what they have done to me.Please do not go to these people. Like one of the other review say they're totally unprofessional. They also totally not trustworthy and their work is horrible. If you go to another trailer repair shop you'll see how unprofessional they are.When I confronted the owner I thought I was going to have to call the police for an assault charge.I truly hope you don't go there. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went there. Because I wouldn't have.

Thank you Breanna , After having my beautiful truck stolen after owning it for only 10 days!! I had to deal with the insurance company! This place is fantastic. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. While waiting for our new trailer to be "prepped "they engaged in conversation and made the time go by quickly. If there is an award for "best staff", this group certainly deserve it!They had everything we needed for our new purchase but did not make us feel bullied into buying anything. I would highly recommend Truck,Trailer & Hitch to anyone wishing to purchase a trailer.
