The nice man, Aron, who answered the phone was super helpful and even gave up tips to check ourselves. He even let us pull up and came out to feel our rim to see if it was hot without charging us. (Edit) after expressing my concerns about the camber angles they got me in the next day, they set it right where I wanted it for no charge. They were very professional and willing to help me out. “So I want to start off by saying this isn't your average automotive shop. This shop is filled with some of the best mechanics I've ever met. They specialize in challenging projects. They have been working on my race cars for years and always deliver.
This isn't the shop you go to for a fuel filter change on your minivan. I can also assure you they don't run any illegal shenanigans out the back door. The truth is they aren't the cheapest out there. But for people who cant afford anything going wrong, they are the best choice. A lot of their customers are repeat customers for this reason
They know the old cars as well as the new cars. And yes they still take new customers. But as you can tell from the comments, not all new customers are worth taking. I myself recommend them for all your specialty needs. They have a big history in racing as well so they know how to setup suspensions and other track related things.
They have the ability to do alignments, exhaust repair/build, engine work of all types, diagnostics of all types, transmission work, machine work, i mean everything but body work I believe.
Bottom line is they are a great shop ran by great people with the abilities to do anything with a car. Don't be offended if they pass on doing an oil change. They don't have a big enough shop to do everyone's work. They stick to the bigger jobs that require their level of skills.”

“I’ve been to this shop before and they were great then, they may be even better now. Went in for a patch they worked fast and efficiently I was in and out in less that 30 minutes, for $20. The tech even took the time to place my donut back in the trunk correctly and put the caps back on my lug nuts, then let me know usually on my make and model the tire monitoring system has to be reset manually, I’m positive he would have shown me how to do it if I didn’t already know how. Great service, thank you so much guys!”

In hopes he might drop his prize.I told him that I couldn't afford that much. Having given me his rock bottom price he referred me to the walmart just blocks away and said that he could mount and balance him much much cheaper than they could at a quicker time.

“Hands down one of the best places ive been too..100s of wheels on display..been to Richline many times over the past few years, (old location included) many times just checking out the showrooms,* I cannot decide which setup to go with yet....while at Richline stop by the waiting area get ya some snacks and check out this touchscreen that you can input your vehicle info and color..so you can easily browse some options to see which designs and diameters of wheels you like best.The staff there is great...Kyle is my goto at the independence location..very knowledgeable about his trade and goes above and beyond to answer questions and concerns...its worth the trip just to check out the showroom..you wont be disappointed.....”

“I had to search the entire town for T Shirt bags for my work. It seems like Sam's club are the only store that carries them. So that was an A plus for me. You have to have a member ship to shop there. I was a little bummed over that. But when I met Monique at the membership. She explained to me all the Benefit on getting an upgrade. "You want to get cash back when you shop?" " You want to get 5 % back on gas?" "You can use the card anywhere?" That right there I saw the bigger picture that will benefit me.
