Took my Volkswagen in to get a front end alignment mechanic told me he had unfortunate news that he couldn't fix the alignment I would have to take my Volkswagen to a BMW dealer I said I drive a Volkswagen not a BMW he said it's the same I said he could not align my vehicle charge me $30 to tell me they couldn't fix it take my car to Firestone 120 dollars later my car is a line perfectly they are scammers the guy at the counter told me the guy back there is not a mechanic

I paid $100, for my car to be broken by incompetent mechanics. I just needed to have an alignment after replacing front end parts. When we picked it up, it pulled HARD to the left and drove so much worse. He tried to tell us, that it was our brakes. When we went to a different shop, he said no way was an alignment done. So $100 gone and a lesson learned to never use this shop. I will also be letting the referring shop, Family Wrench Auto, know how their referral worked out for us.

Tire City is a rip off took my daughters Toyota Camry in for alignment they said they couldn't do it passenger side outer tie rod end was bad 250$ to replace got home ordered one online from rock auto for 20$ and was going to replace it jacked car up no movement in the inner or outer tie rod end they were trying to rip me off if they say there is a problem have them show you in person

Awesome place and friendly staff. Brandon is the best mechanic around. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Reasonable pricing and great work! If you need your car worked on or need tires, go there! Definitely recommend this place!

Went to this tire shop for an Alignment, not only did I leave without a correct alignment but I left with a steering wheel that wasn’t straight (which wasn’t a problem before I brought my car in) mechanic said he would fix it 3 days later if brought it back. Sir, why would I bring my car back when you 1, You didn’t fix my alignment…. 2, You broke something that was fine before bringing my car in. Listen to the reviews on this shop. I didn’t check them and I wish I did. Side note: I asked for the alignment papers to assure it was done correctly and he told me the printer was “broken”. I paid $100.00 for work that was more than likely not done and left with more problems than I had went in with.

My mom have taken our cars there for years. Couple times thought it was a bit pricey, at times we didn't think they even did the work they said they did. BUT this last time I took my mom's car in, I told Charlie there's a noise in the rear end a loud squealing, and the car wasn't blowing warm air, my mom is 82 I told him and to check the antifreeze cuz I knew it hadn't been checked in a long time. He wrote it all down and said he'd call with the estimate, well he called my mom with it told her it needed brakes, calipers and brake line flushed, she said go ahead. He called me when it was ready, said the mechanic took it for a test drive. My mom paid him 657. my daughter said she could hear the squealing as my mom drove off, when my mom got home she said there was no heat either. I rushed over got her car and took it back, I told charlie she was 82 and needed a safe car with heat. I get there, found out they changed the FRONT brakes and calipers, I stated there's no way ur mechanic test drive that car and didn't hear the squeal in the rear, he replied, he said he did, I asked if the antifreeze was checked, again same response, then tells me her thermostat wasn't opening and closing wanted 281.00 more to do that. Never looked at her rear brakes, never checked the antifreeze nor test drove it. How do I know, well her car the next evening, I popped the cap off and it was smoking, had to put a gallon and a half in at 1030 at night cuz they lied, overcharged, fixed nothing I said to check, and sent her off in it. Charlie had just been talking about never being one to rip women off that day too. We had been taking our cars there, for over a decade, and recommending other friends and women . So they now lost all of our business and the shady mechanic too. And to not even try to make it right or even an effort after years of biz, Taking a chance for my mom to break down in the cold or worse get hurt in that car. They are shady rip off liars. BEWARE. \n\n

One of the worst services I have ever received, I tried to get my car aligned for three days and every time I come back the treatment gets worse. I will definitely not return to this place ever.
