I highly recommend them, they always answer all of my questions.
We have taken all 5 of our animals to them and they treat them all well.
2 of those animals are German Shepards, the techs and vet aren't skittish around them like I've experienced at other places.
We unfortunately lost one of our dogs to cancer, and opted to end his life here in warmth and comfort with the whole family there. Three trails let us bring in the other animals and stay as long as we needed. They made everything as comfortable as possible, given the situation. 5 stars for Three Trails!

Everyone was incredibly kind and understanding. They helped me even though I was a walk-in and they were busy. My dog was treated incredibly well and they took the utmost care with him to ensure he wasn't scared or uncomfortable. They're going to be my go-to clinic in the future for all of my animal care needs because they were so kind and thoughtful. If I could give better than 5 stars, I would.

1st visit ever here! Was Immediately greeted by a smiling & helpful staff! Was very happy to just get flea medicine without having to see a veterinarian! A friend recommended them & so have I!!!

We have been going to The Trails for years. When we had to put down our cats (4mo. apart) it was one of the most difficult things we have had to do. The whole staff was so empathetic and allowed us to take our time saying our goodbyes. We knew once we left that they were still greatly cared for by all members of personnel there. The professionalism, demeanor of the staff, and the personal connections are what keep us coming back. To top everything off, the whole staff signed a personalized card that had a cat that looked just like ours on the cover! It was very touching.
Thank you all for loving my fur babies as much as I do!

The staff members are really nice. The vet and the tech were both very understanding and patient to accommodating our dogs needs. I was a little hesitant at first because our dog is hard on sight and I was not sure if they’d be able to gain her trust to be touched while having eyesight issues. They were very slow and patient with putting our dog at ease before touching her. I will be 100% coming to this location for a lifetime!

Friendly staff & they acknowledge you when you walk in the door! They answer their phones & take appts for both the vet &/or grooming!! Bailey was Peanuts first groomer & she did a perfect job & did not take 6-8 hours!! I was very pleased!!

I took my cat here for an emergency. First, Baby îs back to himself and has learned how to use his very injured tongue. They are a very efficient, polite and friendly group of people. There were 6 or 7 people besides myself waiting for them to open. After opening (on time) there lobby was empty in 10 minutes except for me and one other walk-in within 5 more we were also helped.
Pretty efficient!!! The biggest thing Baby who is very skittish having been feral when I got him. He did not shy away from the vet which means to me, he trusted her to help him and that she did!!!!!
