I went to The Tile Shop in LS needing backsplash to finish a kitchen remodel. Since I am a novice, I really needed help. Danielle helped me pick out tile, find an installer, and checked on me through the whole process. She was professional, helpful, friendly, and knew so much about my tile needs. I will go back for any additional projects I will be undertaking.

We were planning a bathroom remodel and based on a family members recommendation, my wife Tricia and I stopped at The Tile Shop. Danielle spent several hours with us as we discussed our vision of an updated bathroom. She then walked through the store with us and showed us different options and how they could fit together. Ultimately, based on Danielle’s guidance and design expertise we made tile selections that were the basis for our dream spa bathroom. Love the selection! I was able to select flooring and shower tiles for my bathroom addition without having to shop all over town. Danielle was so patient and helpful assisting me. She also helped me with my kitchen remodel a few months ago. My contractor commented she knew exactly everything needed for my project. I highly recommend, ask for Danielle.

Most of what they have is not smaller tiles, but lots of cool stones and colors.

They have a very nice showroom and variety if colors, textures, etc. That part I would like to give 5 stars. Customer Service is 1 star at best.The man who was working there this PM could of been friendly and smile and act more interested in assisting. He came across as being too lazy and inconvenienced to bother. Later, I noticed several employees around the counter and not one checked to see if I need help or have any questions. Store was very quiet , so there was no excuse.Very disappointed, as we were going to buy enough to do 3000 sq ft of $12-$45/sq foot of Spanish tiling, altogether. Will go to a different store for our tiling purchase.

There is no denying that this is a beautiful showroom with a large selection, but we couldn’t anyone to help us. There was a gentleman working that was going above and beyond in helping a couple pick out tile- laying out numerous options and ideas. We had to ask the lady working there for help numerous times and each time she would point in the general direction in which to go, but wouldn’t actually help us. We had picked out all of the tile for our new build, but ultimately walked out without ordering anything due to her unwillingness to assist us. Very disappointed.

Great selection of tiles. It has a wide variety of colors, textures, and styles. I spent a few hours trying to find a good theme/set of tiles that matched that i wanted and the man helping was very helpful and friendly. I'd suggest asking for Mr. Adam Starkey when going. He really knows his stuff.
