I am surprised this place can stay open. The employees are lazy and unfriendly. Regional management should look into this and acquire employees who actually deserve a paycheck. There are two here right now and only one is working, with a line of customers waiting to be helped. Shame on the female employee for not being a team player.

Not going to lie there's an employee here I can't remember his name but he has messed up my order twice I ordered 6 cookies to get something totally different I only got 2 oatmeal and one chocolate and on doordash I would order a sandwich request for them to be toasted for it to not be toasted then me and my Girlfriend had to get all wheat bread because they had no bread at all

They had two people working but only one seemed interested in helping, the other seemed to care more about cleaning up and going home. It was very frustrating because it caused quite a wait, plus they were out of a lot of items. Only had wheat bread as a choice and the new signature items were not available. It was really disappointing.

Went to pickup my order today and Linell told me he couldn't make it they didn't have the bread and the oven was broke so they couldn't make the cookies. I asked for my sandwiches on what bread they had but he couldn't send out an incomplete order. I asked for a refund he said he said he couldn't do that and didnt know how I could do it. He suggested i take a picture of the oven to get my refund and wanted to argue with me. Iwas trying to make it an easy Saturday and now we have to find something else for lunch. I'm still confused on why they had my number and couldn't call me 20 minutes prior to picking it up when they got the order. Be careful if you go here.

Friendly employees. Clean store. They work pretty quickly, and I got in and out of there in a decent amount of time. Never really crowded here, or perhaps I'm lucky.

Store only had 1 employee at dinner time. But he had great customer service and was very calm when got busy. He is an asset to this location. He deserves a raise. Said it was only his 5 day on job and was alone. He did a great job and served fresh food.

Store manager, Kim, was definitely friendly and efficient. She was also confident in her sandwich prepping skills when she guaranteed me "that my sandwiches were going to be the best ones I'd ever had from a Subway cuz she was the best sandwich maker in the entire metro." Both sandwiches were on point, so she may have just been right about those statements. Thanks again, Kim, for the awesome grub! I'll be using your location as my main Subway now, and anyone reading this review should do the same.Dietary restrictions: They had a scan code to scan that showed the different allergy options.Parking: Tons of spaces. Handicap accessible ones too.
