If I could give zero stars for this place I would. They pressure you to leave a good review before you even really get into the unit. Let me tell you I've had to report them to the BBB and now all of the sudden my storage has been broken into and they have no idea how. This place is awful and completely shady!!!! Do Not put your Things in this Storage Unit or trust these people.

Ive been with storage mart for about 2 years in total and havepretty much only done business with michael who was the property manager at the hub drive location, it sucks to say that he is no longer with storage mart, he was by far the best property manager ive ever delt with he was always super helpfull, nice and really fun to talk to when i would go in to make my payment. Aside from never having any problems with keeping my stuff at that storage place he was absolutley the only other reason i never went to another unit closer to home. I can only hope that we can get another property manager half as good as he was. I would and will recomend anyone who needs a unit to rent here.

Lots of droppings and ants. I left a booklet and opened up a week or so later and there was this unknown substance that attracted ants.
Im not mad or anything as you get what you pay for. However, if you have delicate materials, find cleaner options.
