Not a place to stop for travel. There's a Hilton for a similar price across the street—go there.
Paper thin walls, rude staff, bad room choices, poor heating (A/C was set to 70, actual temp was 77), and more. Asked for late checkout because we got in at 2AM from traveling, was told at 2AM to take it up with morning staff.
Woke up to take it up with morning staff, and they told me nothing they can do, 12PM is the latest. So I chose to take a $50 fee to overstay so I can sleep.
Decided to give IHG a try during my move cross country, and wow, I'm sorry I did. Really enjoyed that every step of the process here I was asked to become a member of this hotel chain, too.

My experience in too long to write here I have already tried once but I want management to know the only reason we won’t be back is because of Ebony working the front desk. Incredible rude!!!!! Also no one checked my id or credit card when checking in I was only charged because I stoped at the desk when leaving to make sure I was charged. Not at all worth the money we paid to be treated poorly and the rooms are small. The wall mount for the AC didn’t work the trash cans held basically nothing and the sinks are very tiny but still even after all that EBONY was the worst

This was absolutely the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The room smelled of smoke, the bed sheets were dirty, the little stove was on, and these hand print of what most people have thought was blood was left on the cabinet. Traveling with a new born for medical appointments, we immediately left. We were also informed out of 10 of us staying on that floor 7 of us had already left.
If I could leave negative stars I would.

Where do I begin??? It’s been a few years since we’ve been to this hotel, and boy has it changed. Most certainly not for the best. The hotel is very outdated and rundown. The rooms definitely need some TLC. The hot tub is out of service and has been for a couple of years. That is what I was told by staff. The breakfast was unappealing and barely even warm, subpar at best. The laundry facility was dirty, most of the machines were out of service AND covered in pet hair. The young lady at the front desk, Debonie, needs some training on customer service. She genuinely was NOT a nice person. DO BETTER STAYBRIDGE! WE WON’T BE BACK!!!!

My fiancé and I were beyond disappointed with the condition of the hotel, the outdoor pool area and most of all, the front desk clerk Debony. She’s very rude and has a terrible attitude. Our son even made reference to her poor and hateful disposition. That is, when she could be found and not out socializing with her friends outside. Changes definitely need to be made at this property.

I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I was yelled at by an employee when I was asking about getting my room serviced. Being told “it will get done when it gets done”. So tried to least ask for towels and she snapped her head back and said “ I’m obviously busy right now , rolled her eyes and walked off. I asked a different housekeeper for towels and they were very nice and helpful. I wanted to speak with a manager for how I was treated an apparently she is the executive housekeeper and they have no other manager there at the moment. This hotel was recommended by a fellow coworker but I think I will stay at the Hilton on my next business trip.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. She didn’t greet us when we walked in nor was she very helpful. She was downright disrespectful. The outdoor area did not have a working hot tub, grill or lighting for the gazebo. It also didn’t have a working fire pit. I’m not impressed with this place at all. It needs an overhaul

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! THE WORST STAYBRIDGE EXPIERANCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! STAFF IS COMPLETELY DISGUSTING AND RUDE THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING THE COOKS AND LITTLE OLD LADIES IN THE KITCHEN ARE RUDE I GUESS IT IS ACCEPTABLE FOR THE STAFF AND OR THEIR FRIENDS TO CUSS AT CHILDREN !!EVERYTIME WE HAVE WENT DOWN TO THE LOBBY FOR "SOCIAL HOUR" IT HAS COMPLETELY BEEN UNCOMFORTABLE BECAUSE OF THE DISGUSTING STAFF AND THEIR VERY UNWELCOMING VIBES ESPECIALLY TO CHILDREN. THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGMENT AND A NEW COOK.

This hotel has gone downhill over the years. It’s old and outdated. My room smelled like smoke, phone didn’t work and I couldn’t for the life of goodness get a refill on soap. Several reports were made to the front desk but nothing was done about it as guest service wasn’t a priority. The mid day front desk mangers/supervisor initial “D” ask to borrow money and others acts that I won’t share. The hotel staff (front desk and kitchen) allowed some of the long term non employees guest clean the lobby area and walk in and out of the kitchen area as is they were home. My stay felt like a low quality motel stay. I would stay clear of this place!

This is by far, the worst Staybridge that I've stayed at!!! I usually consider myself a pretty understanding and forgiving customer, but the amount of issues at this hotel are adding up to such a frustrating level- I really don't know what we're paying hundreds a night for.
The ROOM: upon walking in, it is clean. So that's a big win in my book! Although, there does seem to be a lot of little flies, like fruit fly size. We were disappointed that the couch in the "living room" is not a pull-out, like every other staybridge we've stayed at so far. Not a dealbreaker, just means some of our kids have to share a bed.
The kitchenette is NOT stocked for 6 people, like the suite we're in is supposed to be for. Neither does it have a large pan or a juice pitcher like it's supposed to have. When I asked for more plates and a pan at the front desk, the lady told me that their housekeeper changed the locks a few months ago and left. Months ago. You're telling me that management hasn't figured out how to call a locksmith? Did the staff try to make it right for me? No, pretty much just shrugged and said there's nothing they can do about it. We're here, as a family of 6 for almost 2 weeks- we chose the staybridge so we could make simple meals here rather than eating out every night!
HOUSEKEEPING- like I mentioned, the room was clean upon entry. We checked in on a Thursday, so the daily housekeeping stopped by on Friday for basic restock, bed making, and trash emptying. Could barely tell they had been there. Worst of all, they left ZERO spare rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, or dish soap. So, of course, over the course of the weekend, I had to visit the desk multiple times for those items. Whenw!!! I asked for the tp, the lady at the front desk commented that that was a popular item. I pointed out that the reason is that their staff didn't add ANY extras to the rooms. She genuinely sounded shocked to hear that. One already partially used roll per bathroom for a 6 person suite over the length of a weekend is NOT going to be enough!
Then Monday, housekeeping stopped by while I was away (youth were alone in room), so they just left. I requested housekeeping come back as soon as I realized, and the guy at the desk said he'd call the housekeepers to return. We all left the hotel for a few hours, I returned at 2:45 and NOTHING was done. So I returned to the front desk and they told me housekeeping was gone for the day. So I had to request fresh towels and more dish soap and take out my own trash (not that I am too good to take out my own trash... but I also have to ask myself, what am I paying for???)
AMENITIES- literally half of the washers and dryers are broken. Literally half. The dryers that "work " take forever to actually dry.
People have stolen half the free weights. I know that part is not management's fault, but they should take down the pics that advertise a beautifully stocked gym. Perhaps they should have cameras in there so they can charge the jerks that do that! Again, that was one of the reasons we chose this particular hotel- but there are too many weights missing to have an effective workout.
The pool is nice- bummer that the hot tub isn't functioning.
Breakfast and social hour are pretty good- sometimes they struggle to keep food stocked, but most days they don't have a dedicated employee staffing the dining area... I think it is all falling on the front desk person. There isn't much variety in the hot food choices, compared to many other hotels I've stayed at.
Overall, I just feel extremely frustrated, catfished, ripped off. This hotel does not come with a budget price tag... I just find myself repeatedly questioning, "What are we paying for?!?!?!"

Everything was fine except for the poo and spa. The whole purpose of reserving a room while on a business trip was to enjoy the pool and spa and is close. We did not call because the website said will be open on Memorial Day but it was not! Buffet wasn’t great and coffee creamer were spoil. Disappointed.

The buffet food wasn't great but all the employees were very nice. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our stay. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Based on my experience here, the hotel was pretty clean and the nearby area(s) were decent. Customer service was fine. Parking's free. This Staybridge isn't as nice as other Staybridge hotels I've stayed at in various locations. But not bad either. No issues overall.
