The folks here aren’t nice. They also aren’t willing to work with you when mistakes happen. Use a different location. I called the Lees summit location and they actually looked into the colors that were chosen for the one I got vs the one I actually wanted. Now, this was totally my mistake, but Faye and Drew at the lees summit location fixed my mistake since the colors used were the same except I needed more of them for the color I actually wanted.Do not use this store. Drive to a different location. They won’t assist you when there are issues.

Wonderful paint store. Walked in and asked for a match on some stain and the shaved bald man with glasses helping us told us they were packed with orders and it wouldn’t be done until at least tomorrow. I understood completely and walked away ready to leave. On my way out I was looking at the pre mixed stains and the man came back over to help try and find me one that would work for the job I was doing. Very generous with his time and a very nice man. This man does his job with a smile on his face and we will be shopping at spectrum paint more after this experience. Also I would like to mention the air conditioning in this place is fantastic!

The only place to match our house paint then years later have us in their system so we can buy more no one does that. over heard some crazy things about covid by their employees which wasnt appropriate at the work place but other than that great store

10 stars to Heather at the Lee's Summit store! I had tried three other stores to find a match in stain for our outside posts on our wrap around porch. We ran out of the original old stain having applied to 17 of the 23 posts around our house. Disappointedly we discovered that the manufacturer (Behr) no longer made that particular stain. The search for a match was on! Home Depot, Lowe's, & Sherwin-Williams could not produce a match. Home Depot and Lowe's only gives you a brochure for you to pick from. Their product looked like paint--not stain! SW attempted to match (which I do appreciated the effort they put out) but only came up with a milky looking paint as well. But Heather at Spectrum? She got-r-done! You've won a customer in me and I will be referring others to you! THANK YOU for saving my day!

I went in looking for a few Benjamin Moore color cards and left with a wealth of color tools, knowledge and access. My usual process is to go grab my color cards from this location, give them to my customers and allow them to choose what brand of paint they purchase. Up until my last visit, I had trouble getting employees here to help me find samples, make product recommendations or give me project guidance. This is not the case anymore. I walked in being greeted by not one but two employees. The new manager, Christopher, came out and helped me find the cards I needed and walked me through how to order larger samples through both PPG and Benjamin Moore’s websites. He and his assistant manager then spoke to me regarding several products to fit my customers demands. I stated before that my usual process is to allow my customers to choose the paint that they want but after my experience with Spectrum and Benjamin Moore Paint, they will have my recommendation every time.
