People are nice, but they don’t listen and will make your order wrong EVERY time so please check your food before you get all the way home to be disappointed. Also food is either cold and old or recooked in old grease and hard af.

Absolute trash!!!! Heaven forbid you correct the girl Emily in the drive thru gets angry and yells at you for correcting your order! I’m sorry you’re being paid a job you don’t like maybe look for a new career???? Then when you call to complain Emily answers and refuses to let you speak with the manager!!! Then calls me back 3 times cussing at me!!! What kind of business are you all running????

I tried to order a diet cherry limeade with regular cherry. The "general manager" rudely told me that she had to make it a diet sprite and "add cherry and lime." I said no, I want a diet cherry limeade, at normal price, just regular cherry instead of diet cherry. She told me I was wrong and for her "inventory" to be kept right (because they're apparently counting their squirts now) I had to be charged extra even though I'm subbing diet for regular cherry. I worked at Sonic before and if we treated customers this way, we would have been fired! And that was a "general manager" supposedly? Yikes. Customer service is so bad at Sonics in KC since 2020. Sad! The food is worse, too!

It took 20 minutes to get 2 drinks and an order of tater tots on a mobile order. When I pushed the button to ask about my order. I was told oh sorry we forgot.

Each time I go here it's a little busy and I get that it takes a little bit to cook up orders. But seems a little slow. A couple times I went to the park and order screens ordered my drinks (4 sodas for the family). Paid. 3 other people showed up ordered their stuff. Screen said "your order is on the way." Then all 3 other people got their meals food and drinks. Before I got my sodas. I waited almost 30 min to get my sodas. Hit the button 2 times during my wait was told their is only one car hop. Watched at least 2 car hops delivering food to nearby cars. Drive through is usually much better than this.
