Don't waste your time going into this shop. I purchased a game controller charger from them, went home plugged it in and it didn't work. Within 15 minutes I called asked if I could return it and was told that if I could read I would know that they will do nothing, no returns or exchanges. Not only is nothing said before you purchase, but Kenny that works there is a complete a hole about it. The rudest pawn shop in the area with the worst customer service. I would give them -5 out of 10 stars if I could.

Their FFL Transfer fee is cheaper than most in the area, but you get what you pay for. Took almost a week for them to submit the 4473 (on paper). Would recommend going somewhere that submits electronically same-day instead.

I have done a gun application for them and before I was even told about the application fee or anything like that they told me to fill out the application and then I paid for the gun not knowing anything about a fee until it was too late to decide not to apply. After my application was denied; shop 'n pawn called to inform me of the denial to to come down anytime to get my refund. After going there a couple of times without getting my refund because they were on some funny business; I finally got my "check" instead of cash: which is how I paid. I lost my check for a week then found it & went to go cash it, however the bank would not & instructed I go back to the shop to get a new check written out to me. I did so & surprise not so surprise, they refused to write me another check (basically stealing my money that I desperately need to take my little brother to my mom out of town). One of the most unhelpful and apparently desperate places I have ever been to & will never do business with them again for as long as I live. I strongly urge any and everyone else to steer clear of this shady place if you enjoy not getting ripped off. I mean if they would have gave me my refund in cash like I paid them in cash, there wouldn't be any issues, or perhaps if they would have informed me in the very beginning about the gun fee, I wouldn't have even applied, but that's how they get you I guess and make their money. This is just a truely unpleasant and shady place to do business with. Heed my warning guys and stay safe out there??

I think I met two persons that offered me an honest loan...if I should default. I know they can easily sell the item for more than the loan.. I will be back for that item, Regradless, I appreciate their service and the trust Thank you.

Went in to get my stuff out of pawn purchased a air soft pistol. Took it home to use, jams up and when I get it released, it jams again. Supposedly, "brand new out of the box". Went to return at the same day to them and they said no returns but tey could buy it back for 33% of what I paid. Terrible place, friendly people, terrible place.

This store is a joke, I came in to sell 2 big swords, 2 star wars funko pops, and 2 ps2 video games.Lady looks them up and says she can do me $10 dollars for all of it.I can't believe someone would say that with such a serious face.That wouldn't even cover 0.01 of the value of the sword alone!Don't waist you time.

Weird experience here all around. No negotiations were allowed. Their pricing was not fair, even by pawn shop standards.I was NOT demanding top dollar for anything, as to be expected with used items. However what they were selling was also a used item.When it was all priced out, I would have essentially given up 1600 worth of item plus an additional 400 for something that was worth around 1000.They understood that I was going to use the money from the sell to then turn around and buy another item from them. They were looking to borderline rip me off entirely and I wont allow that to happen.Not even considering negotiations leaves me to think that ripping me off was the biggest priority.I've always been able to at least bargain to some degree when working with retailers that buy from customers.

If the goofy guy with the glasses is there just walk out. Literally low balls everything even items other people the next day have paid me more for. He's also extremely rude.

Great place. I stop in about once a month to "check inventory", people working are helpful and conversational.
