My child & I both see Dr. Elizabeth Crowley on a yearly basis.She is truly the best eye doctor I have found over the years.She explains & takes her time with me & my daughter. Very detailed & thoroughly explains throughout the exam. My daughter feels very comfortable every year. This will be our 3 rd year returning to see her.We also purchase at least 4 pair of yearly. 2 for me & 2 for my daughter.The staff is amazing as well.

I have recently seen that in the Independence Sam's Club there are many items that are just not stocked, that are stocked in other Clubs like Liberty and Blue Springs. I contacted the Club manager and was told that it was not a local decision of what to stock but a corporate one. I contacted corporate and received a reply about certain items not being available in Independence club. First I was told they were not in the warehouse. Later after saying that did not explain why the store never stocks them I received a responce that they contacted the Club and was told those items are not stocked. One item , 3lb Crisco was only stocked at Christmas time. All other Clubs carry these items year round but not Independence. I now truely believe it s the local Inventory Manager of either the district or just that store that has made the decision to not stock normal items that other stores stock . I never got a straight answer but I'M TIRED OF BUYING MEMBERSHIPS AND THEN HAVING TO GO TO ANOTHER TOWN BECAUSE MY LOCAL CLUB REFUSES TO CARRY NORMAL ITEMS THAT OTHER STORES STOCK. WHEN YOU QUESTION IT, NO ONE WILL TAKE CREDIT FOR IT. JUST PASS THE BUCK.

I order a round cake, asked for simple pink icing and cursive white writing. No borders or anything else. I picked up my cake and it looked nothing like I asked for. There was hot pink writing (not centered) and not even in cursive. I order my cakes every year here and never have had a problem until this year. Multiple cracks in the icing. Looks like it was older icing or it had been sitting out. I'm very disappointed

One of the things I like about Sam's CLub isI having pizza lunch with yogurt. This is the worse snack bar.Behind in making pizza. Cold. Yogurt machine out. Slow service and unfriendly employees

Been a customer since the club was at 40 hwy & Noland. Went to buy filets at the meat counter today. I was ignored for 10 mins while the employees clowned in the back, No recognition at all. What happened? This used to be an asset to the store and now its an embarrassment. Employee dropped a whole beef loin on the floor and they all laughed. What the hell?

I had to search the entire town for T Shirt bags for my work. It seems like Sam's club are the only store that carries them. So that was an A plus for me.You have to have a member ship to shop there. I was a little bummed over that. But when I met Monique at the membership. She explained to me all the Benefit on getting an upgrade. "You want to get cash back when you shop?" " You want to get 5 % back on gas?" "You can use the card anywhere?" That right there I saw the bigger picture that will benefit me.Overall, Monique is pretty awesome. Sam's club has my Tires, My Groceries, my things I need work and my business.Thanks Monique!Abe

Usually I like this Sam's club but unfortunately was met with one of the rudest employees by far. She was very ignorant and was surprisingly also elderly. And decided to make a very discriminatory comment, about Mexican appearances. Quite interesting situation if we're being honest. Don't know why she's working at Sams club with such a bad attitude.

I don't often write comments but I felt I needed this said. The employees at the Independence Optical Center are exceptional people! O.T. goes above and beyond!! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Crowley! She provided me with the most comprehensive examination I've had in the last 35 years! Her communication skill's are outstanding! She let's you know what she's doing and why she's doing it. She include's the client in the whole process which let me know she respected my input. Her follow up is quite exceptional!! My wife and I made a appointment and everything went smooth. They were very busy and was able to handle every one with no problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was problem the BEST eye doctor I have ever been to. She explained everything very clear and in words I could understand.Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Very poor customer service. They scheduled an appt for me that they were not prepared for and did not even tell me even though they knew they lacked supplies. They called me after my appt to tell me I had to schedule a second appt because they had not finished what they had already been paid for. I could not have my prescription, until the second appt took place. They did not offer an apology even after I asked for it.

Won't take care of car battery under warranty because they don't have available technician to test the battery for 2 hours!Battery and receipt in hand from exactly 2 years ago and it has a 3 year warranty... now wife will miss a day of work because Sams Club lack of customer service.
