I made an appointment over a week ago for a Saturday. Everything was going well. They contacted me several times about updating this and updating that I’m thankful I didn’t pre-pay because on the day of the appointment a few hours before they were supposed to show up. I get a call saying they don’t have a technician to do the work, I rearranged my plans for that day specifically for this appointment and all they have to say is we can schedule you in for next week ! You wasted an entire day for me and you think I’m going to give you an opportunity to do it again. I don’t think so… This business will no longer get any of my money…….

Can’t even get a quote. When you dial the phone number, it says you have to online and hangs up on you. Then when going online, the sunroof isn’t an option. Take your business elsewhere.

While the staff was courteous and professional, that they didn't perform the pre-install computer scan while I was there (even after telling the person who took my vehicle I was willing to wait) ended up wasting me about $50 in Uber rides and my whole Saturday. For a company that does this all the time, this is a rookie mistake to waste someone's whole day for a check that only takes a few minutes.

I am posting this because every time I see a commercial saying how great safelite is it false advertising. I had a cracked windshield. I called could never get ahold of anyone. Left message with no return call. Got on line and tried to make a appointment and still no response. I called another company who actually answered the phones and came out the same day to my place of work and replaced my windshield. Safelite is not what they advertise!

I scheduled an appointment to fix a few rock chips on my windshield. The techs were honest and professional. They let me know my windshield had rock pits that did not need a repair. They put in a bit of sealant and sent me on my way. I appreciate their kindness and know that we will definitely look to them for further repairs.
