Hands down one of the best places ive been too..100s of wheels on display..been to Richline many times over the past few years, (old location included) many times just checking out the showrooms,* I cannot decide which setup to go with yet....while at Richline stop by the waiting area get ya some snacks and check out this touchscreen that you can input your vehicle info and color..so you can easily browse some options to see which designs and diameters of wheels you like best.The staff there is great...Kyle is my goto at the independence location..very knowledgeable about his trade and goes above and beyond to answer questions and concerns...its worth the trip just to check out the showroom..you wont be disappointed.....

Salesman was rude. Bought wheels and had them mount and balance tires then do alignment. I paid for it all upfront. The alignment wasn’t done as I took my truck to Chevy dealership a week later and they said I needed alignment badly so the alignment was never done. Also the truck shook terribly due to tires out of balance. Took it back to them to do alignment and rebalance tires. Picked the truck up they did a horrible job at alignment my steering wheel wasn’t in line when driving straight and the truck still shook. After 2 balancings there and 2 at gm truck still shook. So I got new tires thinking that would solve the issue. Had gm mount and balance and road force new tires. Turns out the entire time 2 out of the 4 wheels I purchased from Richline are out of round unable to balance them. Took it back balanced my new tires again. Admitted they could tell 2 wheels were bad they’ve done nothing to help! Do not go to Richline. Bad people and bad service

This is the only place that could get 16 inch rims most want bigger. Ordered them asked about spacers, had aftermarket rims before was told didn’t need them. No sooner I hit the highway shimmy in front. Called back was told spacers were ordered, ended up being the wrong ones. When the new rims were installed they kept my old ones and the lug nuts ?. Never asked if I wanted them disposed of, I personally didn’t know I had to ask for my rims. Had other work done on car with my personal mechanic and he made me some custom. So grateful for Sante Fe Garage, now if only I could get my original rims back. Heaven forbid I’m in an accident, I’m going to be screwed. Buyer beware

NEVER SCHEDULE HERE!!
I called and scheduled an appointment there for my husband to get his running boards put on. They said he could come in the following Friday at 9am and have them put on. My husband arrives 10 mins early and checks in and is told "we'll get you right back." Long story short my husband left there at 10:37 without running boards on his truck. He was constantly put off and told "we're still working on stuff from yesterday." It is mind blowing to me that you can schedule an appointment for a service then show up and be treated poorly and not get the work done. I usually only leave a Google review for positive experiences. Because who knows who's having a bad day but this was the worst treatment from a shop that I've dealt with. No excuse at all. Please read the comments where the business responds to some post trying to justify their poor work. No apology or offer to correct problem. Just blame. No response to the other people complaining. The worst of the worst type of business to support ? ??♀️

My buddy was supposed to come to the fair with me this evening after his truck got finished with a mount and balance, got lied to about his tires being ordered, and the proceeded to sit there until 9 pm really upset. 10/10 would not recommend. Would’ve had a great time at the fair with my buddy, and would’ve got a better flavored vape…

so far my experience has not been a good one other than a flashy store. Their customer service skills have a lot to be desired. I brought my car in just to have some under glow lights installed and was told that it would take the whole day today so I tried to call and the phone goes straight to voicemail which is full so I went up to the actual shop and they said that the guy had gone home and it wasn’t done and they probably won’t be done until tomorrow around noon. would have been nice to get phone call letting me know that it wasn't Going to be ready. I will update this post when I pick my car up In case they just had a bad day.
Picked my car up and the guy that actually did the work was great and did a good job, the owner called me twice to make sure everything went well...
I am pleased with the service and product I received after the initial frustration...

I had window lint done here and am very pleased with the customer service, quality, and overall professionalism. I had an issue with a bad roll of tint, it bubbled up several times (3-4). It was an easy process to redo the tint for free and ensure customer satisfaction. They also offer military discount!

If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible service from the word go! Paid for service up front and scheduled an appointment as we live four hours away. They had the vehicle for a whole week and then we arrived to pick it up the service hadn’t even been started. My husband missed a speaking engagement and when he got back to our home town we have to have their work repaired as the lift kit was installed incorrectly and the brake lines were pinched. I called to ask about compensation for the additional work and phone calls were never returned. Upon finally connecting with management i was told i would be issued a partial refund for the service. That was never issued. When i contacted them again about this they said “the owner decided to not issue it”. Terrible ownership, management, and service top to bottom!
