I walked in, picked out a boot was put on the measuring machine and the insert machine, walked out of the store 10 minutes later with the perfect boots

First time here. Had a couple pairs already picked out went in had feet measured/scanned tried them on with optional insoles in a out in 30 minutes. Great selection and Chelsea was so helpful definitely be back.

I've bought there before , just walked in , saw my shoe and asked ; sadly , not in stock ,so it was ordered from Joplin to ship to my house. Arrived in about 2 weeks. The box arrived "Open" (?-Tape was cut and lid was propped-like someone had looked to see, "what's in here" )....Always worried about shoe fit when ordering online, but Shoe's fit fine. Thanks
