It was pretty convenient to set it up over the telephone. Get my codes and my storage locker. I took my stuff in just before closing . Only thing I didn't like was. It's built on a hill and my storage. Locker was the only one that had a layer of mud in front of the door and I had to track through the mud in and out and out.

DO NOT STORE HERE. I Have had storage here for like 2 years. All my valuables were stole out of it within first couple weeks. Went back after changing locks to find more stuff missing. A baseball bat could break down the doors they have. Not very protective and super sketchy all around. Not to mention they want you to pay close to 200 a month for such a terrible space. ALSO crazy how they’re CAMERAS DONT WORK. Stear clear of this place bc nobody actually even works at the building.

This facility is horrible my unit was broken into which contained a car. The car was broken into and contint was stolen out of it. I moved units with in the facility and that unit was broken into also. The insurance covered some of the first unit break in and the second unit break in wasn't covered. I lost way to many valuable items using the facility! Stay far away!!!!!

My boyfriend’s $1500 speakers where stolen out of the storage unit they where in…do not rent from here if you want your expensive items kept safe ?

Well not to happy with red dot. After buying a unit. Was given a gate code. Can’t get anyone on the phone because the gate code would not work. Been two day hope Monday someone will be in the office

Location is a bit out of the way, but I like the self service options.. no directions as to how to get out of the place, luckily I walked down to the office area and squeezed my way through the gate and found the other side.. for the amount of money they expect from individuals they could put up some signs?! AND I saw a freakin bug scampering around the floor today. I don't have bugs, and I better not have any when I take my stuff out!

So....we were behind on our unit payments and our unit was scheduled for auction. 2 weeks before the auction date the unit was paid in full and we were giving access to the facility again. When we pulled up to the unit we realized our lock was gone and replaced by red overlock. We had a code for the overlock but it did not work and I called customer service and they gave me the right code.upon entering the unit we realized we were missing a large bag of tools and a guitar that belonged to my father who passed away last year. I know that it had to be a red dot employee who took the items becouse it was their lock on my unit. I called customer service and they would not let me speak to a supervisor and refuse to replace my expensive lock that was on my unit. If you value your stuff do not use this company. They are thieves and liars. And your stuff is not safe here EVER.

If you have anything stored at this facility I would remove it as soon as possible. I got my camper stolen from this facility. I am an Over The Road Truck Driver and I had a friend go pick up my camper. Just to find out that it had been stolen. Called the facility and all they told me was sorry for my loss. THIS IS NOT A SECURED FACILITY. Money speaks louder than words and I will never go with Red Dot storage. I spoke with customer service and they told me that my unit had been empty since March. They knew my unit was vacant since March, but didn't tell me. They did not reimburse me or anything. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING AT A RED DOT LOCATION.

We were just notified via text an hour ago our unit was broken into. They out a new lock on it but didn't contact police. When we got there several units had obviously had locks cut. We had items stolen. We tried to call customer service but they don't have any option to talk to a human after 7pm even in situations like this. We are currently waiting on the police to file a report. All I am going to say is we will be moving our stuff as soon as we find a new facility.

Worse place to rent from. 24 hr?? Not to the gate it’s 7am to 7pm . It’s takes hours to get ahold of anyone, and the Parking lot around units is on a 45 degree angle! No mangers on site !

Worst place to rent from and accuse people for things that they in fact did not do saying they were on video seen after hours entering with a code and seen entering the units that were already broken into before that day and when asked to see the proof they would not provide it to be seen.(You can NOT get in after hours but if you are in there and it closes you can still exit anyone that rents from there knows that)People try to help and do a good deed to share with the office but get called a thief and evicted and have been renting from this facility for a year paying on time every month and just happen to be at their unit taking pics of stuff that needed listed and lost track of time and ended up exiting the facility after hours which was like I said after the thief already did their damage. But the office wouldn't had know if it weren't for individuals letting them know. Place is not worth my money and will never get any more money or recommendations from me. Never anyone on sight if there were something needed and I'm shocked it hasn't been broken into more than what it has already been.I was worried every time I went to check my unit if mine would be OK or not. I work way to hard to get the stuff I have and give to anyone in need for it to be stolen and I'm sure many others are the same with their belongings.Want a good storage place go use the one on the outer road by susquehanna animal clinic, Independence U-Store it, someone is on sight 24/7 and good security system and much much nicer facility and units. Red Dot is Crooked as the thieves that keep breaking in there.
