I went to the Riley house February the 13th to get me a Pacheco number 10 super bowl 38 jersey. ItI was unofficial jersey for $130. It did not even have the super bowl 38 emblem on it and the cashier knew what he was doing. He did not even give me a receipt so I could not even return the fake jersey

Friendly staff with an excellent selection of clothing and gifts for your favorite sports fanatic. However, the store is too small for the amount of merchandise they carry. It's a second class store compared to the location in Lee's Summit where everything is neat and orderly and not over stocked.

I'd recommend staying out of the Independence, Mo store. I experienced the worst customer service, never been in a situation where a manager gets involved and it continues to escalate. Here's the highlights from this poor customer service experience on 12/26/2003.1) Keegan engaging and arguing with me as a customer in front of his manager, Alex. Unbelievable.2) Alex offering sarcastic responses in this situation after talking to three different customer service representatives. It was not a time and place for sarcasm, your customer was already unhappy with the service he received, there is no room for joking.3) Alex providing me the incorrect number to customer service, pulled the old extra digit. When I came back inside a second time, he responded with "Why would I take another look at the phone number?"I hope the District Manager or Store Owner would speak with each of the individuals listed to obtain the details of this event, and provide necessary training to improve their customer service interactions. My case number Chelsea provided is 402716. In reality, I will need to reach out to Rally House a 6th time for resolution, because your website did not process the gift card and charged my card the entire purchase instead of the difference only. Unbelievable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I was able to find a lot of things on sale. There were a lot of items for adults, kids, babies, and even animals.I will definitely be going back and sending friends there.

Went there to find a t-shirt for my nephew. The customer service at this store was Phenomenal! The Manager was extremely helpful and answered all my questions with patience! It's not surprising that the rest of the Staff were Amazing as well! Great leadership is important!
