“I wanted to tell you that MAURICE and TYLER were there when I dropped off my trailer and rented a storage unit. Let me tell you that these two young men were so wonderful without dealing with customers!!! They are polite, intelligent and were so kind to me. MAURICE helped me with an issue I had and he went above and beyond to help me with such kindness. Customer Service Is so key in every business!!! MAURICE is such a great employee!!! He needs to be given an award for his service there helping customers that are stressed from moving. They were both great guys. I just dealt with Maurice with this situation. I am now considered the “older generation” and Maurice sure made me have a lot of hope for the younger generation. Maurice needs to train people in the world in outstanding customer service. This man will go very far in life! Thank you for hiring him. I have used this location two times before and EVERY SINGLE TIME it has been such a very pleasant experience. I do not write reviews usually, but the very outstanding customer service and competency at this location needs to be brought to the upper management’s attention.
