Advertised as a judgement free zone, but in truth they judged me and they will judge you. Business practices are not where they need to be with not checking on members health and therefore: Result in a statement from the Owner that they have 6-7000 members for this club alone and are too busy to take care of members. This review asked for factual based and in conclusion, if you need information about whether or not they will not be assisting you please ask Kelsey/Brookynn or Katie how they treat disabled Veterans. Fact!

They accepted my application on the app and accepted my online contract without coming in and accepted my monthly payment online without any question but then I change jobs and don’t drive that direction and it’s 30 miles out of my way to get there so I try to cancel membership online and NOOOO they don’t accept that. Then I call the location to cancel over the phone and NOOOOO they CAN’T accept canceling over the phone. I’m traveling and can’t get there so they think it’s absolutely fine to charge me for 3 months because I can’t show up in person. At this point I don’t care if they open up a location in my drive way. After that poor customer service and ripping me off for 3 months I will never be a customer of theirs again.

Lots of equipment and variety so I never have to wait. Friendly, helpful staff. I love the hydromassage loungers.

The staff is good, the gym is always clean, and I never have any problems there it's a good place to escape everything else going on even if it's just for a couple hours I appreciate it

I signed up today because I had some pretty urgent medical issues that needed attention and I know the best thing always for medical issues is exercise. The staff seem very friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to give me information about other locations should I need to travel to another one.

This PF was well kept and not super busy. I did go at 11-12 on a weekday though. I enjoyed the set up and organization of the gym.

Planet Fitness has very nice,and lots of, work out equipment. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

This PF is the best in the area!! The staff are so friendly and helpful and they do an excellent job keeping the equipment and building clean!! They also keep the flow of checking in a quick and easy process. I love my PF!!

I love how the gym equipment is well kept and clean. I love the friendly environment including the greeters they do such a good job keeping our gym clean and nice but, not only are they kind but they really go out of their way to get to know you.
