I will never spend another dime in that petsmart again. How was there tonight looking at fish? And while the lady that works there is fishing out some fish for another customer. She turns to me with clear attitude and states. "Just so you know, I'm not getting you any fish tonight. I'm closing the fish sales."First of all, I didn't say anything to her. It never mentioned that I wanted any fish. And I if I did. How hard is it to fish out a couple fish? It doesn't take a college degree Or or a huge effort on her part. The stores open you're supposed to work until it closes.I don't know if she was trying to be cute for the guy she was trying to help. Or if she was just in a bad mood, but I spent way too much money in petsmart for her to have that Attitude with me. I'm done with it.After reading other reviews it sounds like the same person others have written about. She needs a different line of work for sure!

I came in for new cat toys the day before Christmas and they had PLENTY of amazing options still in stock, and the customer service i received was STELLAR. they also helped me carry out my stuff to my car since i got a heavy cat tree.

Great service, wide range of products and brands, and mostly not overpriced as Petco. Clean store, friendly staff, and great prices keep us coming back. I appreciate their return policy. I have 2 American Bullys that have food allergies. While having to try one food at a time, we often would purchase a food that they wouldn't eat or would cause a reaction. Petsmart allows you to return open food or products for any reason with the receipt. If you use a PetSmart perks/rewards card and lose the receipt, while a little time-consuming they will look it up via your rewards account. We always keep the receipt in the glove box as I don't want to make them go through that process!! 10 out of 10 for me!!

This place has really gotten a facelift since the last time I was in. I usually go to another pet supply chain but it's kinda gone down hill. This place was well organized and when I got overwhelmed about what food to feed my 15 year old poodle who needs to switch to a wet food an employee named Lucas stopped what he was doing and offered to help me out. The girl at the check out was kind and courteous, great job guys!

Highly disappointed with this store. We have been a continuous customer, bringing our dog here to the grooming salon. As me and my boyfriend were picking our dog up, we were RUDLY confronted by the heavyset lady with the reddish/brownish hair that works in the fish department. When I say rudely , she screamed “WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING IN THERE, THEY ARE CLOSED.” Something she could have asked in a normal tone , instead of screaming and assuming we were up to no good.Even after her co-worker reassured her, she didn’t apologize.I feel she would’ve responded differently had our skin color been the same as hers. I feel discriminated against, it was very disrespectful and will not continue business here & don’t recommend.

Awful experience trying to get my dogs nails trimmed today. I've never had a problem here before, but the woman today looked pissed that we came in. She barely communicated and was zoned out like she was drugged up. She didn't attempt to try to comfort my dog and was strangling him with a noose-like collar even though he had a harness on him already. The women working today need to be somewhere else, because they cannot handle dogs. It's embarrassing she didn't even care my dog was being choked and did not care afterwards. I do not recommend to take your pet here for their services.
