Second experience, the first experience was 4 stars, they were nice, gentle, helpful and cleaner. This second experience was terrible, 1 star and only because my toes did look fine when I left. They refused to use latex-free gloves even though they used them last time, I only have a sensitivity not a true allergy so I stayed. They did not use a liner for the foot bath(stated they don't do that), the metal tools did not come out of a sterile bag. When the gloves and liner were mentioned the man working on another customer did get aggressive in his tone and told me I could leave if I didn't agree, honestly I should have left that that time. The tech was rough, so rough my feet were sore after and I had two abrasions on my big toes where they were over pumiced. The heels were not pumiced for more than a few seconds. The tech acted like I was an inconvenience the entire time I was there. $45 pedicure with no foot or leg massage, no part of the pedicure was relaxing or inviting. Needless to say I will not have a third experience there.

From what I’ve been noticing he doesn’t respond to his low reviews. However he does with his higher rating. Which in my opinion is a red flag. I was going to give this shop a try. However reading the reviews saying that his pricing is inconsistent and over charges for the most basic sets. I will not be coming to this shop and will warn family and friends to stay away as well. Bad business!

His pricing is very inconsistent and frankly, makes him untrustworthy. I showed him medium length nails with no rhinestones and he immediately said “120.” then “150.” Ive been here before and paid 130 for medium green nails. He’s definitely trying to get over. Would not recommend.

Your pricing breakdown is trash ?. You would have ALOT more returning customers if your pricing was clear to understand & reasonable. NO ONE has ever charged for length and shape a SECOND time for a fill. Did you change the shape? No. Dis you change the length? No. all you’re doing is filling in the space (using less product & less time/effort). A fill shouldnt be the same price as a full set. Your pricing should be CONSISTENT. Again, alot of your customers would return if pricing was reasonable (I hear about it all the time) next time pay attention to your customer faces… they may not tell u like I did but trust me… there’s contempt. You should put these extra charges on the website so that there is a clear understanding and you’re not just throwing prices out at ppl when they sit down. i guarantee no one would have a problem paying what you charge if only it MAKES SENSE. I won’t be back. The ONLY reason I came to you is bc my nail tech wasn’t available. & with him I know what to expect EVERYTIME I go bc his prices are CONSISTENT & make sense every time. He doesn’t make up prices in his head. which leaves room for tips!! & next time be more professional & stop ranting. Keep up the good work but find a better pricing structure!

I was able to get in in about 30 min. Staff was friendly and polite. The nails look good, but the price given to me at the end of the service was $90...for ombré nails. I've never paid over $65. This was 40% more than other places. Won't be back. The nails look good but not worth $110 after tip for basic nails.
