My mobility guy that came out today was excellent and explaining all the details of my mobility scooter. I give him 10 out of 10 thank you Chuck for coming by today. He was nice. He was very professional and I appreciate your time.

I had called many companies to have a chairlift repaired only to be told that they could not work on the model I had ( Pinnacle) and was offered a consultation to install a new stairlift which I could not afford.Mobility first was at the bottom of my list and after answering a few questions about the problem I was told that yes they could repair it and could have someone out in a few days.Well I received a call thesame day saying someone could be out the following day.The repairman was very courteous and was not bothered by my many questions..Thank you Mobility First!Thank you Ethan

They are an amazing company. They work with you and are on top of everything. They are super nice and make sure that the process for the paperwork and insurance happens in the quickest time possible. They also make sure that you get everything you need. They are even helping me with leasing a powered wheelchair free from them until my insurance comes through with my specialty one that I need, because I am really struggling without one.

This is a quality company with exceptional customer service. Bill offered the guidance needed in a prompt, efficient service call for which he did not even charge us! We purchased a chairlift off Marketplace with the hopes it would be a great way to get items from the basement upstairs, it has now made its first delivery!THANK YOU BILL! :)I have also worked with this company prior to retirement as a Nurse Case Manger. They were always helpful and went out of their way to provide the assistance needed.Definitely recommend this company as a professional and as a general customer.

Bought a used Vantage SL400 stair lift which I took on faith that it was working. It wasn't. Took it in, Ethan diagnosed the problem and had it working in less than an hour. Saved me a ton of $$! Thanks guys!

Highly recommend Mobility First for your mobility needs. Everyone (Bill. Ethan, Jason) went overboard to make our experience smooth and timely from the first visit coming to our home to the delivery and set up and then an additional visit to give us an extension to make things easier for my husband to operate his power assist wheelchair.

Mobility first was great at helping my dad with his electric wheelchair. Their representative Duff took extra time to help my parents understand all of the options on the new chair and set it up perfectly so my dad was comfortable. Excellent customer service and support! A great experience and highly recommended! Thanks again ??

I am beyond pleased with Mobility First! Bill was excellent at communicating, coming out to my home to measure for my daughters ramp! Ethan & Chuck were very professional, quick, and knowledgeable with the install! I couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend!!!

Good morning, and I would like to start by saying today was my first day and first time getting fitted for my scooter. I just would like to say I am very happy and pleased with the person that had came in to my home to fit me with my scooter teach me all about the scooter I would be receiving .his name was Mr Chuck white and I would like to say thank you very much for sending somebody, that was very respectful and very kind and understanding, and took their time to show me all about the scooter. He was not in a hurry. He wanted to make sure I understood and any questions I had. He was more than happy to listen, and to answer them for me I was very happy and pleased with the scooter that was brought over for me to try and I was very happy and pleased with the kind person you had sent. it was very pleasant doing business with your company. sincerely Martha Ashley a happy customer.

Ethan is the epitome of customer service. He came to my home for a repair on my power chair. He helped me understand how to drive it better and was concerned with my overall safety and health.
