“I continue to be so impressed with the outstanding service I get each and every single time from Jeffrey, Matthew and Louie, the customer service reps at TMobiles Kiosk within Costco in Independence. Over the years I have had to stop by asking questions and need for help to operate and fully understand my TMobile products. It just amazes me how I am greeted and treated so politely and friendly. Not just once or twice or from only one or two of the guys, but every single time and from all 3. I met their District Manager, Mike Laughlin, the last time I was in and I can see exactly why they are so good!! I couldn’t help but notice how he led his team with excellence and integrity. I am definitely technology challenged so know I ask lots of questions and so many times over & over and they have so much patience and are attentive to all my questions and concerns. “I absolutely love the store manager at this Boost location. She is intelligent, capable, patient, and able to deal with Boost Mobile's technical support team very effectively. This location offers Spanish. Se habla aquÃ. The parking lot is easily viewed from cash register area, this allows the manager to assist anyone that might have physical difficulties entering the store. Boost Mobile does have incredible deals on phones, & phone service plans. The manager keeps up on all of the current deals, discounts, & special offers. I have been to other stores. This store has the best customer service available from Boost. There's almost never a line. If you need to visit a Boost Mobile Store, I suggest that this location is your best bet for high quality, quick as possible service. Bear in mind that a store can only do so much about the speed of the technical support customers can receive. The manager will get your problems taken care of as quickly as possible!”
“Needed a new cell phone because my touch screen quit working. I took in my $800 Ule Fone I got a few years back and already had on my account before. They were nice enough to switch my sim card from my broken phone to the Ule Fone for free. They even suggested the discount you can get if you qualify for threw the government where they will pay part of your phone bill. I'm already using it for my internet. I have 5 lines at Cricket with Insurance on 3 of the phones with unlimited calling, text, and data. I only pay $160 a month for all 5 phones. This cannot be beat by any other cell provider out there, period. Believe me, They've all called me trying to get me to switch and when I tell them what I have at Cricket they are quickly discouraged.”

Michell was very pleasant.At the same time I would like to make complaint against Nani at the Sugar Creek store for lying to me about fixing the ACP, He also sold me a so called free tablet which later I found out I would have to pay $25 a month for it. Coincidentally right after leaving Nani my credit card had an unrelated charge on it.I’ve been with Metro for 7 years.”
