This Metro store is the place to go... The lady at the counter was trying everything in her power to help me out when the metro store on 24hwy was such a joke.

I visited the store at 11030 east US hwy 40 in independence Missouri today.I was trying to get help with my current phone, I let the guy that works there talk me into getting a new phone.I requested the phone and a case for the phone, I saw him put on a screen protector, but he didn't mention it, so I figured it came with the phone with no added charge, I was babysitting today and was exhausted and didn't notice until the store had closed that I was charged an additional 26.95 for the screen protector I did not ask for.Jose did multiple times ask me to give him a good rating though , not happening Jose!I won't be going back to this location!

Great service! I dropped my comb as I was walking to my car and the young lady inside made a point to let me know I had dropped my comb. In my book that was very very nice.
