So. Josh lied to me repeatedly.My internet is not unlimitedMy device was not 27.99My speed was not 1gMy price was not 50 monthlyMy pay date was 8 days from activation not a month.Spent the night on metros support line to find out unlimited isn't offered in my area so it can't even be fixed.Spent 2 hours driving to get it. Time to spend 2 more dropping it back off because I can't use it.Edit:Got there today early to drop off the equipment. Before I did I talked to Gina in store. She fixed nearly everything (everything she had the power to fix). She explained what was going on. Ultimately I kept the service because she made it unlimited. So I'd say at least satisfied with the outcome.

Bought a phone didn't have Google pay. Tried to return it. To get a phone with Google pay. They told me I had to get another line. I was told to call 611. And they would cancel the one phone and credit back the partial mth. 611 told me to go back to them. And they should have did a device switch instead of me purchasing another phone. ?????

Gina is amazing! My husbands phone was shattered last month and it finally completely stopped working today so he had to get a new one. Gina definitely made his day better with her humor and great advice on how to take care of his phone so it doesn't shatter again. THANKS A BUNCH GINA!!!
