Seems there is never anyone at this location with a be back in 15 or taking break. Note on door.

My friend had damaged phone insurance sent him new one They charged him activation fee wrong! We gave Mr Ricks old phone he put in envelope but phone never showed now trying to charge him 329 for it . Store manager tried to blame us. BAD business. ?.
