Sean in the service department was great. Glad I got my car back in 3 days instead of 5. So far, my car is riding much better.

Worked with the sales person to buy a Bronco Sport last week. After deciding to purchase it, they came back with marking up the price $5,000 over MSRP because they can. Let them know I would be reporting this to Ford Corporate, and the arrogant manager told me to go right a head.

I was quoted $1500 at Firestone to fix an issue that I believed they mis-diagnosed. I took it to metro Ford, they confirmed my feeling. They fixed the appropriate part for $438 and got it done before the weekend even though I dropped it off Friday morning with no appointment.
