Bought a troybilt string trimmer and it lasted 1 year also paid 30 dollars for replacement plan and they will do absolutely nothing to help

I wanted to put in a five star review specifically for Ben In millwork in the Blue Springs Menards store. He was so very helpful. I want his management to know. I’ll shop there again because I’ve been.

I have been to Menards 2 times, I bought a piece of yard equipment online picked it up and it had a small hole in the box didn’t look like anything was missing but after putting it all the way together it was missing the last piece, called store manager sent me to Stacey hardware manager and agreed for me to come back in and get the missing piece, I I did drive 15 miles each way so I told Stacey after only being there twice it didn’t give me a very good impression of the store , her answer to that was “at least you got the part “ I just shook my head thinking I thought I got the part the first time and this is ridiculous.

Walked in to Menards August 1, 2024. So I just moved in to a new house that needs lots of up dating. Also I recently moved back to this state. I was needing lots of things. From chandeliers to trash bins etc. Well for the first time EVER, I was followed more than once at this store on this day!? I had a lamp employee follow & eyeball me a few times. I was asked a total of 3 times if I needed help. Then there was an old guy I spoke to about moving & needing various things. He had the audacity to ask me a 2nd time ,” So what is it you’re looking for?!” It was an uncomfortable and new experience for me.

It was good at the beginning, —-( with a very expensive delivery fee) ( which is fine )! but gosh always a very long delay. We always have to wait so long! So frustrating! Customer service are rude. We spent thousands of dollars to this store I hope you guys will make it easy for your good customer!

Heather needs to get a better attitude. She doesn’t greet you or say anything after you pay. She stands there looks at you with a mad face and walks away. She was throwing the person in front of me items down the conveyor belt. Horrible customer service. Put her in the back or something bc she clear hates her job!!!

My family has been going to the independence Menards since they opened. We love it. But in the past few months I have noticed a new assistant front-end manager. She treats the men cashiers like trash she has even screamed in one's face while customers are in line. And yet she is still working there. I do not understand this it is to the point that if I go in and see that she is working I will leave.
