Wow! All the terrible reviews! Not my experience AT ALL! I lost one of the magnets for my headgear - so I called but the new headgear was not available (meaning insurance wouldn't pay) so I ordered one anyway and paid with my flex card. So easy and the CSR was so courteous and engaging. Highly recommended

They just posted a payment to my debit card, for over $600 dollars…. That they couldn’t even explain to me! The lady said “oh it has to do with insurance so it’s hard to explain it. You’ll have to dispute that charge through your bank.” Done. No explanation to a charge? please.
